Our spacious 5-bedroom retreat is conveniently located near Denver International Airport, ideal for families, groups, or business travelers seeking comfort and convenience for an extended stay. We also welcome families that have been displaced due to fire, flood, or storm damage.

We believe in giving our guests the space they need to truly enjoy their stay. We're always here to assist, but we understand the importance of privacy.

🌆 Nestled in a new neighborhood, our location is perfect for morning strolls away from the city, offering plenty of parking space.

🏡 This is a residential area, so we kindly ask for your respect towards our neighbors.

You will have private access to entire house and all amenities during your stay. For your privacy, our backyard is fully enclosed. And you can access our home any time with our secure, keyless entry. We even provide a car garage for your convenience and security.

Check-in is after 4:00 pm and check-out is by 12:00 pm.

Families and long-term guests are always welcome in our family-friendly home.

We are delighted to offer an assortment of cooking spices, olive oil, vinegar, and a coffee & tea bar for your convenience throughout your stay. This includes a single-serve and 12-cup Cuisinart coffee maker with K-Cup pods, a coffee pot, tea bags, and a kettle.

Our bedrooms sleep 10 guests, with four (4) rooms on the second floor and one (1) room (queen bed) on the main floor.

Our home features three (3) full bathrooms strategically distributed throughout. The first floor hosts a convenient full bathroom, while the second floor boasts the other two full baths, including an en suite bathroom for the master bedroom. The master bath is equipped with a walk-in glass shower for a luxurious experience. The second bathroom offers both a shower and a bathtub, ensuring that relaxation and rejuvenation are just a warm soak away.

For added comfort during your stay, we provide complimentary toiletries, including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, makeup wipes, and makeup towels.

🚭 No Smoking: Inside or outside, please respect our no-smoking policy in ALL PREMISES. If smoke is detected inside the home, a $250 charge will apply.

🎉 STRICTLY NO PARTIES: If you're in the mood for a wild party, we might not be the right fit.

🐾 Pets NOT Welcome. But if you are in need of a pet friendly home, reach out to us. We have other properties in the same area that allow for pets.

⌚ Quiet Hours: Begin at 10:00 pm outside to ensure peace for all. We just want to respect our neighbors - we love them!

- Our home was built in 2023, and we've furnished and decorated it with love and comfort in mind. It's ideal for singles, families, friends, or traveling professionals. Our goal was to make the house a home away from home with several personal touches.

- Early Check-in and Late Check-out are available for $25 per hour, subject to availability.
- Checking in earlier than 4pm without approval, will incur in a $100 per hour fee.
- Checking out later than 12pm without approval, will incur in a $100 per hour fee.
- Fractions of an hour will be charged for the full hour.
- Always communicate with us if you need a little extra time to check out!
