#Ur Home is a fully furnished minimalist-style condominium providing a perfect home away from home whether you are in the city for leisure or work.
🥘Kitchen: is fully equipped with induction, microwave, refrigerator, electric Kettle, rice cooker, and with cutlery items.
🛁Toilet and Bath: Includes washing machine (for a minimum stay of 5 nights), toiletries, and Shower heater.
📺Living Area: includes TV unit, sofa bed (2 single bed mattresses) for comfortable sleeping converted into queen size bed and folding table unit. Free Wi-Fi and Netflix.
🛌Bedroom: includes a queen-size bed, pullout bed single foam, study table, open wardrobe, Vanity mirror, air conditioner, and a balcony with MOA Complex view. Iron and hairdryer
Notes:
Visitors are allowed only at the building reception area/lobby.
Swimming pool access is available at the charge of about PHP 150/head/day and PHP 300/head/day on holiday.

2. A photo/copy of guest approval/authorization form will then be shared with you via message thread, which needs to be presented at the lobby reception and to security guard upon arrival and check-in.
