The Space:
Welcome to your home away from home at The Convenient Condo! This inviting 2-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom condo is located within walking distance of Texas Tech University, making it ideal for anyone visiting the area. The condo features a bright and airy living room, a half bath, a dining room, and a fully equipped kitchen on the main floor, perfect for relaxing or entertaining.
Upon entering, you will see the spacious living area which has a comfortable sleeper sofa and chairs to enjoy the 55-inch smart TV with access to all streaming apps available for download. You are more than welcome to log into your personal accounts, like Netflix or Hulu, or you can use the screen mirroring function on tablets and laptops since we do not provide cable. The internet in this property is fast and you're welcome to hook up your laptop or gaming system to the TV as well. The sleeper sofa pulls out into a queen bed and sheets are in the TV stand.
Our spacious kitchen comes stocked with all the cooking and utensil basics needed to enjoy a meal during your stay. An oven, fridge, dishwasher, toaster and other appliances make this kitchen enjoyable to cook in. The large dining table is just beyond the kitchen and has seating for 6. There is also a half bath in this area.
Upstairs, you’ll find two generously sized bedrooms, each with a queen bed, closet or storage space, chest of drawers, and a private en-suite bathroom. Both bedrooms are equipped with 32-inch TVs, ensuring you can unwind in comfort after a long day. There are lamps on the nightstand if you like to read before bed.
The condo also offers the convenience of gated and covered parking, so you can rest easy knowing your vehicle is secure. There are 2 assigned parking spot marked for unit 10. Other guests may park in the unassigned parking spaces that are not covered, or along the street.
We can't wait to host you at Convenient Condo! Whether you're here for a weekend getaway, a longer stay, or to visit loved ones at Texas Tech, this condo has everything you need for a comfortable and memorable stay. A rental agreement is required to book this property. You must be in good standing to book with us and have positive rental history and reviews. We do not rent to local Lubbock residents. Please don't hesitate to reach out with any questions!
Early Check-In & Late Check-Out (Subject to Availability)
Early check-in and late check-out MAY be available for an additional fee of $20.00 per hour, for up to 2 hours. Early check-in: Payment must be submitted before 12:00 PM on the day of arrival. Late check-out: Payment must be submitted no later than 10:00 PM on the evening before departure.
**Please do not have mail sent to this property as we do not have the mailbox keys. If you are needing something delivered from USPS, you will need to contact the local post office to make pickup arrangements.**
Parties are strictly prohibited at this property. Any violation of this rules will result in an immediate $500 fee.
This property is not pet friendly so please plan of leaving your furry friends at home. There will not be any exceptions to this policy as the owner has severe allergies and a fee of $250 will be automatically applied if you are caught in violation of this.
We supply freshly laundered linens, bedding, and towels for all of our guests. We also supply paper towels, toilet paper, laundry detergent, dish soap, and hand soap for a 2-3 day stay. Long-term stays will need to replenish latter items at their own expense.
Although often there will be a variety of condiments, such as coffee, etc., we cannot guarantee what will be available.

Guests have access to all areas of the house with the exception of any locked cleaning closets.
The Neighborhood:
Convenient Condo is located in the North Overton neighborhood just east of Texas Tech University. You can walk to campus and the stadium in less than 10-15 minutes. If you prefer other transportation, you can usually Uber to the campus, Broadway, or downtown areas. The house is half a mile east of University (a major street), which makes the area very safe.
Getting Around:
This property is very centrally located! Close to the intersection of of 19th and University, TTU campus and stadium can be accessed by simply heading west towards University. Being located close to two major streets makes travel very convenient. The house is very close to Broadway and downtown as well for live music, drinks, or dinner. A car is highly recommended to get around in town.
Other Things to Note:
Parties are strictly prohibited and any violation of this rule will result in an immediate $500 fee.
This property is not pet friendly so please plan on making other arrangements for your pets. There will not be any exceptions made to this rule and any violations will be charged an immediate $250 fee.
Host-Initiated Cancellation Policy
While we make every effort to honor all confirmed reservations, there may be rare instances where cancellation is necessary due to unforeseen circumstances.
In the event that we must cancel your reservation, the following terms apply:
Full Refund: Guests will receive a 100% refund of any payments made toward the reservation.
No Additional Liability: Our responsibility is limited strictly to the refund of monies paid. We are not liable for any additional costs incurred by the guest as a result of the cancellation, including but not limited to alternative accommodations, transportation, or other travel-related expenses.
Best Efforts to Assist: In the event of a cancellation, we will make reasonable efforts to offer alternative accommodations within our property network, if available, but we cannot guarantee availability or rates.
Force Majeure Clause: We reserve the right to cancel the reservation due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to property damage, utility failures, natural disasters, or changes in local regulations that affect short-term rentals.
Sale of Property: In the event the property is sold prior to your scheduled stay, and the new owner chooses not to honor future reservations, we reserve the right to cancel your booking. In such cases, you will receive a full refund of any payments made, but we will not be held responsible for securing alternate accommodations or covering any associated costs.
Removal from Rental Market: We reserve the right to cancel reservations if the property is permanently or temporarily removed from the short-term rental market for any reason. Should this occur, a full refund will be issued, and no further compensation or liability will be assumed.
By confirming your reservation, you acknowledge and accept these terms.
Check-in information, including the keypad code, will be sent the day before your check-in date. We reserve the right to decline any alteration request.
