This inviting second-floor 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom condo comfortably accommodates 4 guests across a king-sized bed in the primary bedroom, and a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living area. The unit features a well-equipped full-size kitchen with granite countertops, a flat-screen TV, and a wood-burning fireplace in the living area. Step outside to the private balcony, where you'll find Adirondack-style outdoor seating and breathtaking views: snowy slopes in winter and a lush golf course in summer, all framed by a stunning alpine backdrop. The Greens building offers convenient amenities including a coin-operated laundry facility and dedicated ski and snowboard storage on the first floor. Ideally situated in Copper's East Village, this condo is just a short walk from the Super Bee ski lift and sits directly adjacent to the Copper Creek Golf Course. Additionally, a shuttle stop is located just steps away from your door ensuring easy resort access.

As you enter the condo, you'll be greeted by the open-concept kitchen, dining, and living areas. To your right, you'll find two convenient gear storage closets for easy unloading upon arrival. The well-equipped kitchen features granite countertops and all the essential cookware and tableware needed to prepare meals away from home. The modern wooden dining table comfortably seats four, making it an ideal space for gathering and enjoying meals together. Beyond the dining area, the living space features flat-screen TV with streaming capabilities, a wood-burning fireplace, and ample windows that bathe the room in natural light. The space also includes access to the private balcony and plenty of seating for your entire group. Additionally, one of the couches unfolds into a queen-size bed, providing extra sleeping options.

The primary bedroom is just off the living area and offers a king-size bed, two closets making for plenty of clothing storage options, a sitting area, and an en suite bathroom. The en suite bathroom features a double sink granite countertop vanity and a shower and bathtub combination. Bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries for your convenience.

Great Little Spot

Really enjoyed hanging out here after a few runs on opening day. Great kitchen for making a post mountain meal in the warmth of the fire.

Great location

The location of the condo was great if you’d like to ski super B lift. The entire complex can use an upgrade, however, particularly new carpets and some fresh paint.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo was great for my wife and I. Walk to super bee lift or catch the copper loop shuttle to go to Center Village or West Village for drop off. Condo was quite comfortable and had all we needed for our stay including humidifiers which are not always available but help tremendously with the dry air. parking is right by the door and there is an elevator and luggage carts to help get all the bulky luggage to the room. Very much enjoyed our stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location is good for skiing as you can easily walk to Super Bee, but the property is outdated. The management company was easy to communicate with, though they sent us two different door codes from two different system of which only one worked (not a huge deal obviously). We left early because we did not want to stay another night in the building due to its overall condition.

Well we got what we paid for

The location of this condo was amazing but not impressed with anything else. The water was shut off for 4 hours while we were there and we had no notification of it until we had to call and then they let us know. There should have been an immediate notice so we could have adjusted our day accordingly. The supplies in the bathroom were minimal. The body wash container was completely empty and very little was in the shampoo and conditioner. This was definitely one of the older buildings but it was lower in price so we got what we paid for. Should we stay there again? Probably not.

We got moved to another unit the day before arriving - beware this rental agency

A management company that manages all of the properties in The Greens moved us, so we did not stay in this unit, which we had booked due to its location in East Village, the storage closets, and the description and pictures of the furniture and bedding. The unit we were moved to had just undergone a renovation and was not ready for renters. The closets were full of lamps, fans, paint, old linens, pillows, etc. The furniture was far inferior (one small couch and no end tables, broken chairs. The bedding was gross and old, very unlike the description of the original unit. On the upside, the kitchen and bathroom were very nice post-renovation. However, the ice maker had not been hooked up, a part fell off of the dishwasher, the dishwasher had no drying agent, the door lock was difficult to operate and there were no shades or curtains on the main big sliding door. I contacted the rental agency multiple times. They sent someone out one time while we were out skiing, but all they did was put the kick plate back on the dishwasher. All other concerns went unanswered. After calling 4 times and only getting callbacks when I said I would not be available, I gave up. The check in and parking pass were also difficult, with code changing several times and the parking app not working. The rental company did make sure to help solve these issues over the phone.We were told the mixup was due to inaccurate time share dates. I would not book with this management company again.

We do apologize for the issues this guest experienced during their stay. We addressed all of their concerns as soon as they were reported. Unfortunately many of the properties in the Greens are timeshares and we were given incorrect dates for the unit. We did our best to still accommodate this reservation instead of having to cancel last minute. For clarification, this guest did not stay in this advertised unit, but another on our program.

VACATION RENTALS VS. HOTELS
Booking a vacation rental is like staying at the house of a friend. In this vacation rental you will experience significantly more space, privacy, or comforts that feel like home, including a kitchen and a location that is beyond what most hotels can offer. All this at a significantly lower cost than a hotel with comparable features. These benefits bring different considerations than a hotel. More privacy means that most guests do not want daily housekeeping. We offer a check-out clean and, for an added fee, mid-stay cleans. We also offer a starter supply of some consumables, including coffee, paper towels, toilet paper and more, but these items are not restocked during a stay. A kitchen allows you to make home-cooked meals. Guests will likely visit the store to purchase groceries. Self-sufficiency is key to a happy stay in a vacation rental. We do provide housekeeping and 24/7 maintenance, but this is primarily for properties in between stays. Our staff services vacation rentals across several square miles, unlike a hotel that manages a single building. We have to strike a balance between cost and service, and have found that our current system has struck this balance. Our hope is that our guests understand the difference between booking a hotel and a vacation rental. Together we can provide affordable vacation rentals and happy stays for everyone!
