This updated top-floor, 2-story, 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo comfortably accommodates 6 guests with a king-sized bed, a queen-sized bed, and a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living area. The unit features a well-equipped full-size kitchen with granite countertops, a large flat-screen TV, and a wood-burning fireplace in the living area. Step outside to the private balcony, where you'll find Adirondack-style chairs to relax in and breathtaking views: snowy slopes in winter and a lush golf course in summer, all framed by a stunning alpine backdrop. The Greens building offers convenient amenities including a coin-operated laundry facility and dedicated ski and snowboard storage on the first floor. Conveniently located in Copper's East Village, this condo is just a short walk from the Super Bee ski lift and sits directly adjacent to the Copper Creek Golf Course. Plus there is a shuttle stop located just steps away from your door making for easy resort access.

As you enter the condo, you'll be greeted by the open-concept kitchen, dining, and living areas. To your right, you'll find the stairs leading to the primary suite on the second level, as well as a convenient gear storage closet for easy unloading upon arrival. The well-equipped kitchen features granite countertops and all the essential cookware and tableware needed to prepare meals away from home. The rustic wooden dining table comfortably seats four, making it an ideal space for gathering and enjoying meals together. Beyond the dining area, the living space features a large mounted flat-screen TV with streaming capabilities, a wood-burning fireplace, and ample windows that bathe the room in natural light. The space also includes access to the private balcony and plenty of seating for your entire group. Additionally, one of the couches unfolds into a queen-size bed, providing extra sleeping options.

The upper level features the primary bedroom offering a king-size bed, an en suite bathroom, vaulted ceilings, and a flat-screen TV with streaming capabilities. The en suite bathroom features a granite countertop vanity and a separate toilet and walk-in shower for added privacy. The guest bedroom back on the main level includes a queen-sized bed, a private entrance to the main-level guest bathroom, and another flat-screen TV with streaming services available. The guest bathroom offers a double sink vanity and a bathtub and shower combination. Both bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries for your convenience.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location, just steps away from shuttle stop that will bring you around the village. We had a little trouble getting into the ski locker room as there was no card at rental to use but after a couple messages to management they were able to bring us one within 24hrs. We had to wash the cups before using them as they were very dirty and bedspread on downstairs bed had what looked like dog hairs all over top of duvet cover but we just removed it. Overall location was perfect but could use more attention to cleaning.

We are also in the resort and have the longest business hours of any management company.

VACATION RENTALS VS. HOTELS
Booking a vacation rental is like staying at the house of a friend. In this vacation rental you will experience significantly more space, privacy, or comforts that feel like home, including a kitchen and a location that is beyond what most hotels can offer. All this at a significantly lower cost than a hotel with comparable features. These benefits bring different considerations than a hotel. More privacy means that most guests do not want daily housekeeping. We offer a check-out clean and, for an added fee, mid-stay cleans. We also offer a starter supply of some consumables, including coffee, paper towels, toilet paper and more, but these items are not restocked during a stay. A kitchen allows you to make home-cooked meals. Guests will likely visit the store to purchase groceries. Self-sufficiency is key to a happy stay in a vacation rental. We do provide housekeeping and 24/7 maintenance, but this is primarily for properties in between stays. Our staff services vacation rentals across several square miles, unlike a hotel that manages a single building. We have to strike a balance between cost and service, and have found that our current system has struck this balance. Our hope is that our guests understand the difference between booking a hotel and a vacation rental. Together we can provide affordable vacation rentals and happy stays for everyone!
