The Space:
The main house includes three bedrooms and two and a half baths, each reflecting smart, designer touches and panoramic views of the landscape and designed to harmonize with its forest-like surroundings while offering modern luxuries.

Anchored by a spacious great room featuring generous picture windows, high ceilings, and cozy furnishings, it’s both grand and intimate. Comfort is paramount, from the Australian Cypress Pine floors throughout to the stone and tile surfaces in the kitchen and baths.

The living room boasts modern, comfortable furnishings and a striking floor-to-ceiling stone gas fireplace. French doors lead to a versatile office and den with a half bath, perfect for working or relaxing.

The fully equipped kitchen features state-of-the-art appliances and an outdoor gas grill. The spacious dining area, seating eight, is perfect for enjoying local wine country harvests and cuisine. Gather around the counter while the chef of your group prepares meals using fresh herbs from our garden, including rosemary, thyme, basil, and mint.

Each bedroom is thoughtfully designed with plush bedding and ample storage. The primary suite is located on the main level, features a king-size canopy bed and French doors leading out to the patio and pool. Its ensuite bath includes a walk-in shower, soaking tub, and dual sinks. Upstairs are two bedrooms each with hillside views. One offers a queen-size bed and the other two twin beds. They share a classically styled full bath with shower over tub. Upstairs, you will also find a bonus office and lounge area ideal for reading, napping, or watching TV.

The property’s highlight is its breathtaking outdoor space. Dive into the crystal-clear pool or relax on the covered porch and pool deck, which offer multiple seating areas. ~Maximum of 4 vehicles
~A signed rental agreement is required for all guests
~Non-crawling Infants under 6 months old & children over the age of 8 years welcome by prior arrangement and with a signed release
~Quiet Hours: 9pm-10am
~No amplified music is allowed outdoors at any time. This is required by local sound ordinances
~No smoking. No Parties. No pets.
