The Space:

Arrive at Villa Blanco and be captivated by its modern architecture and the beautifully landscaped grounds, where manicured potted plants adorn the patios and decks, leading to the majestic redwood trees that embrace the property.



Step inside this stunning home and discover expansive living areas thoughtfully designed for comfort and style. The main level welcomes you with a large vaulted ceiling great room, offering captivating views of Mt. St. Helena through picture glass windows. This inviting space features two distinct seating areas: one arranged around a fireplace, perfect for cozy ambiance and enjoying the outdoor scenery, and another dedicated to a TV viewing area that seamlessly opens to the outdoor patio and BBQ.



The well-outfitted kitchen is a chef's delight, boasting modern stainless steel appliances, an island with a sink, and ample counter space for preparing delicious meals. A convenient bar with seating for three offers a casual spot for conversation while the cooking unfolds. Adjacent to the kitchen is a large formal dining room with a table seating eight, ideal for memorable gatherings.



Step outside onto the wrap-around deck and enjoy panoramic views overlooking the sparkling blue heated swimming pool, perfect for wading, floating, or swimming laps. From this vantage point, you can also admire the meticulously manicured landscaping and the natural beauty of the Calistoga countryside. The outdoor dining area on the patio features a table for six and a propane BBQ, perfect for alfresco meals. PLEASE NOTE: The swimming pool is only heated between May 1st through October 1st.



The main level also includes a convenient laundry room, a half-bath, and an en-suite bedroom with a relaxing tub and a separate rear entrance for added privacy.



Ascend to the upper level to discover two additional en-suite bedrooms, each offering commanding views of the distant mountains through large windows.



On the ground level, with direct access to the pool deck, you'll find a fantastic bonus room / pool house. This versatile space features its own comfortable living area with a queen sofa bed, a wet bar with a mini-fridge and sink, a dining area, a large smart TV, and a full bathroom with a shower.



For additional entertainment, the house offers another comfortable sitting area, referred to as the "media room," tastefully decorated with modern art.



Villa Blanca comfortably accommodates guests in its three well-appointed en-suite bedrooms:



- The primary bedroom features a luxurious king-sized bed and a spacious en-suite bathroom with a double vanity and a walk-in shower.

- The second bedroom also offers a comfortable king bed and its own en-suite bathroom, along with lovely views from its large window.

- The third bedroom provides a queen bed, an en-suite bathroom, and a private door leading out to a serene patio.

- The bonus room on the pool level offers additional sleeping space with a queen sofa bed.



This stunning tri-level home is equipped with water treatment and a generator to ensure an uninterrupted and enjoyable stay, as well as wireless internet for your convenience. Villa Blanca is a brand new, stylish, and modern retreat with luxurious finishes throughout, promising an unforgettable Napa Valley experience.



Guest Access:

Guests will have exclusive access to the entire home, including all interior spaces, the pool and spa areas, decks, gardens, and driveways.

This home is located in one of Calistoga’s most serene and scenic areas—set high in the hills for privacy and tranquility, yet just minutes away from world-class wine tasting, dining, and local attractions. It’s the perfect blend of tucked-away retreat and easy access to everything that makes Napa Valley so incredibly special. Guests are encouraged to take a short drive into downtown Calistoga, where charming shops, local restaurants, and world renowned tasting rooms await. Explore iconic spots like Castello di Amorosa, Sterling Vineyards, and Old Faithful Geyser, or enjoy a luxurious soak at the Calistoga Hot Springs.



Getting Around:

Arriving at Villa Blanca is seamless, with Charles M. Schulz Sonoma County Airport (STS) just a convenient 25-minute drive away.



Other Things to Note:

Dog Policy:

🐾 2 dogs max without host approval. No aggressive breeds or other types of pets allowed.

🐾 Please keep dogs off all furniture and beds.

🐾 Dogs must never be left unattended on the property.

🐾 Always clean up after your pet, both inside and out.

🐾 No excessive barking.

🐾 Keep dogs on leash when outside the private yard.

🐾 A small pet fee is charged to cover the cost of additional cleaning; however, this fee is not meant to cover any damage caused by guests' dogs.



📌Pool Season: The outdoor pool is available May 1 – October 1. The in-ground spa and the hot tub on the deck are available year-round.

📌To ensure a seamless check-in, all guests must complete a quick pre-check-in verification through our secure guest portal; a link will be sent after your booking is confirmed.

📌Please note that during the rainy season (typically October through March), outdoor furniture cushions are stored away to protect them from the elements and ensure they remain clean and dry. Consequently, outdoor seating may not be set up as pictured during these months.
