Our cottage is located in a relatively rural area, requiring a 10-minute drive on dirt roads from the highway to reach your destination. Our cottage’s comforts, views, and amenities make your journey well worth your time. Your adventures or relaxation starts when you arrive.

Nestled about 5 miles north of Blanca, Colorado, our cottage offers a serene escape at the base of the Sangre de Cristo Mountains and the Sierra Blanca Massif. This compact group of mountains includes four 14ers—Mount Blanca (the 4th tallest in Colorado), Little Bear, Ellingwood, and Mount Lindsey—and a 13er, Mount Hamilton. It’s an ideal destination for hikers, bikers, climbers, hunters, nature enthusiasts, and travelers seeking some R&R.
*Minimum Age Requirement: 18 Years - Guests must be at least 18 years old to book our cottage. We believe this age requirement strikes a balance between ensuring responsible use of our property and providing younger adults the opportunity to enjoy a unique getaway experience. As 18-year-olds, guests are legally considered adults and can independently manage their stay. We trust that our guests will respect the house rules and care for the cottage as if it were their own.
*House Rules and Security Safeguards `To ensure a safe and pleasant experience for everyone, we have implemented the following security safeguards for all guests:
**Damages: Guests will be financially responsible for any damages to the property, with charges ranging from $500.00 to $2500.00+, depending on the extent of the damage.
**Underage Drinking and Inappropriate Behavior: Any underage drinking or inappropriate behavior will result in additional charges and potential legal action.
**Neighbor Complaints: Complaints from neighbors regarding noise or disturbances may incur additional charges and risk immediate eviction.
**Involvement of Authorities: Actions that result in authorities being called to the property will lead to immediate eviction and additional charges.
