DESCRIPTION
Your perfect beach escape awaits in South Mission Beach! Nestled between the beach and bay, this stunning home offers unbeatable convenience being a short stroll from the lively Mission Beach boardwalk.

Enjoy elevated views of Mission Beach from the home's second and third levels. The upper floor features a stylish living area with a modern kitchen, cozy sectional, electric fireplace and a spacious outdoor patio. The deck, complete with a grill, is ideal for morning coffee or evening cocktails in the ocean breeze.

The well-equipped kitchen boasts high-end appliances, a breakfast bar and a warm dining nook. All bedrooms are on the second level, including a primary suite with a king bed, private balcony, luxury bathroom, and a small additional bedroom within the walk-in closet. The second bedroom also has a king bed, while the third offers a queen, both sharing a bathroom with a shower/tub combo.

Mission Beach boardwalk, a quick two minute walk, offers endless opportunities for surfing, swimming or simply relaxing by the ocean. Nearby attractions include Belmont Park, bike rentals, water sports, SeaWorld, the San Diego Zoo and Balboa Park.

House was as advertised. Host answered questions right away. A short walk and your on the beach, tub was nice after cold water at the beach. Roller coaster right down the street. The best places to see is Balboa park, Sunset Beach, and Coronado Island. Watching people with gliders was great too

Family friendly, great location!

Location, location, location! Wow, great property, well equipped, excellent communication with property manager. One block from the beach, a small market, restaurant, bar, coffee shop. Close to boardwalk, amusement park, restaurants. Great patio off the kitchen/living room. We would definitely stay again!

Great location, not as pictured

This home is in a great location. Walkable to beach, amusement park, and restaurants. The home was clean but in need of maintenance. The photos are not current, patio table missing and living room couch is fabric not leather. Many things are broken or not working. It was a decent stay for our short trip, but could have been better.

Close to beach

Beach was just about a block away and made it really convenient. Could easily walk back. Everything was comfortable and nice.

My favorite spot that I’ll never stay at again…

This was our second time staying at this house has gone downhill. AC was out and wasn’t fixed until our 4th day, there are cracks and rust all over, the Laundry machines are in need of a replacement, no more table on the patio. I don’t think I will be staying at this house again.

Love the location, property needs some work

Stayed for 5 nights. I would stay here again, but definitely needs some work. Pros: Location: Excellent. It's within walking distance to the beach, bay, and Belmont Park/boardwalk. Only a 15-minute drive to the airport, downtown, and the zoo. Parking: Includes a 2-car garage. Balcony: Nice and spacious. Space: Plenty of room and sleeping accommodations for a family. Cons: Stove: Did not function properly; required a lighter to operate each time. Bathroom Drains: Most of the bathroom sinks did not drain well. Master Bathroom: Had mold and loose tiles in the shower. Garage: The garage is narrow, making it difficult to park an SUV.

Great location. Disappointing trip

The unit is in a great location in our favorite part of mission beach. The garage stopped opening on the second day we were there and, although I contacted multiple times the problem never was fixed. This was a problem for parking but I could have overlooked that. My sons wheelchair was being stored in the garage along with all the beach amenities and most importantly the trash cans. I had to store all of our trash bags out on the balcony for the entire trip.

Perfect for our family

We love this spot. It’s plenty of room for our family of 5 and close to everything and yet far enough away to escape the crazy busy Belmont park area.

Great location, should have been better experience.

Location is great, property would have been great ignoring the issues. We specifically rented this location because the garage was big enough for our large SUV. In the listing they mentioned the noise from the street construction, but didn't mention that the street with the garage entrance would be closed so the main reason we rented this particular listing was voided. We reached out multile times for this and another issue and were told by vacasa that a local rep would respond, but we never got any local help. We had to park on the street, we got a parking ticket, had to park far away, and got a large scrape on the side of my new vehicle when it was parked NOT in the garage. The other big issue was the hot water was very sporadic and the last day and night didn't work at all. Another issue was at some of the bedding had dirty spots with chunks of something, so not a stain but actually dirty. So construction should be over and you shouldn't have to worry about the noise or parking issues, and hopefully they fix the water heater and wash all the linens, and it would be a great place.

It’s Almost a 5

The location is fantastic and the home itself is lovely. For me it was just missing little things to make it the best; decor (I know it’s company-owned, but even a couple rugs to catch the sand and the sound), washes for the shower and there were 7 of us (only supplied in one bath, and I forgot mine so we had to keep stealing from each other), and coffee is a necessity..even just a small amount is appreciated!

Great property

The home was beautiful and very large! Plenty of room for our family and it was very well kept up and very clean. Beds were comfortable, plenty of hot water and it had everything we needed. The garage is long but was hard to fit our mini van in. It's a tight squeeze in a small alley. Two small cars could fit but only one large and a long truck could have never gotten in. The heat was a little bit of a struggle because it's on the ceiling on the bedroom level so it blows right on you and you are boiling but it's not warm yet in other parts of the house. But it wasn't terribly cold so we made it work just fine. I would 100% stay here again! Great beach access, and within a 10 minute drive of everything we wanted! Highly recommend!

Better than the photos!

This home was perfect in every way! Spacious, modern decor and fixtures, all the necessary amenities, and within walking distance of absolutely everything we wanted or needed to do. Super easy and convenient check-in and check-out, as well. Highly recommend!
