So very comfortable and clean, this tasteful condo has everything you could ever need to feel at home during your stay on Longboat Key. Unit 103 offers 1479 SF of air-conditioned space by virtue of a screened porch which has been glassed with sliders making it a year-round room as it is finished and furnished as any interior room. Open the sliders and let that fresh salt air fill the open living area as you go about your day!
The living room has a smart TV and Cable for those lazy evenings when you want to relax after a long day in the Florida sunshine. The updated kitchen is nicely updated with tons of counter space and storage. Full sized appliances and equipped with small appliances such as a blender, crockpot, toaster, and coffee maker, there are also plenty more culinary gadgets to cook up a festive vacation feast!
The main bedroom has a king size bed with a SmartTV and huge renovated bathroom. Wash off the salt and sunscreen with the deluxe, dual head shower head! The guest room has a queen-sized bed as well as a twin bed with great closet space, and a SmartTV. There is a shared hallway bathroom with a full-sized tub and shower combo.
Located on the first floor with covered, ground level parking, there is easy access by way of the stairs and an elevator.
