The space:
Thank you for choosing our beach condo for your vacation! Our condo is just under 500sqft, though it may be small it is well suited to comfortably sleep 6!

The Location:
Our condo is located on Seawall Boulevard, right across from Babe’s Beach.
It is close to many attractions (Pleasure Pier, Schlitterbahn, Moody Gardens), restaurants and more on the historical Galveston Island!

Sleeping arrangements:🛌🥱🛌
There is room for up to 6 guests. The bedroom has a queen bed that sleeps 2 and has a spacious closet to store suitcases, hang clothes. 2 more people can sleep in bunk beds in hallway. The upper bunk has light to allow for reading at night! There is a queen sized sleeper sofa in the living room that can sleep 2 more.

The bathroom:🛁🧼🛁
Full sized tub with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand soap are provided.
Several rolls of toilet paper are provided.

The kitchen: 🥓🍳☕️
Essentials provided: microwave, mini fridge, countertop toaster/convection oven, stove top (electric), keurig coffee maker, regular coffee maker, blender, food processor, cooking essentials (pots/pans/utensils), plates, glasses, and flatware.

The Patio: 🕶️
Our patio offers table and chairs for those early morning coffee breaks to watch the sunrise🌅 over the ocean.

Starter Pack:
We will provide you with 3 rolls of toilet paper, 1 roll of paper towels, dishwasher packs, 4 keurig pods and sugar. For any additional needs beyond the starter kit, there is a Walmart across the street.

Other things to note:

Please take time to read this section carefully before you book. You should agree to everything listed as we do not want you to be surprised or disappointed by anything that we can provide with your booking with Seashell Suite!

- Property is a managed condo, The Victorian. The management company requires all guests to check in at front desk. There is a $40 resort fee that is not included in your booking fees - collected separately at front desk upon check in. This fee provides you with 2 parking spots along with guest bands for full access to condo amenities (multiple pools, spas, fitness center, tennis courts, court yards with grills).
- Guest rules: you will receive a copy of these upon check in with front desk, but if you would like a copy before check-in, it can be provided to you
- Smoking and Pets: no smoking is allowed in condo or balcony. We do not allow pets in condo as well. If you will not be able to adhere to these, please look elsewhere for bookings. If you do smoke or bring a pet, your reservation may be cancelled and you may be charged a minimum of $250 to help cover cleaning fees.

One last thing:
This is our private residence. We try to keep things as perfect as possible, but things do break or may be missing. Please let us know if there are things we may need to know about to make your stay or future guests stays more pleasurable!
You may encounter occasional bugs, the complex sprays for bugs/insects as well as we personally do too. Unfortunately, insects also enjoy the Galveston weather, but we try our best to prevent them from saying hello!
