15 Mins to Lake Geneva 3+ Family Capacity

This 5 bed 3 1/2 bath home is perfect for a multi family trip to beautiful Lake Geneva Wisconsin. Located in Pell Lake, a 15 minute drive to all that Lake Geneva has to offer without the crowds and traffic. Gather your friends and family and share this space for a great vaca or stay-cation. This small neighborhood is quiet and safe, but so close to the Wisconsin Illinois border that you can visit the best of both.

This home is designed to accommodate multi family guests. Beyond the 5 bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths, there are two complete living/family room spaces and an additional lounge area, one for each of the three levels in the home. Perfect for everyone to find a place to gather or get some alone time.

We can accommodate 5 vehicles on the property, and street parking is also allowed.

Best of all, we are a quick 15 minute drive from beautiful Lake Geneva. If you love lakes, there are several others just a quick drive away for a day of water sports, dining, shopping or pretty much anything Wisconsin has to offer.

The entire home is available to guests. Keypad entry allows the flexibility for your group to split up, adventure out on their own, and have ready access to come and go as needed without the worry of losing a key or locking someone out.

Other things to note

Our lot is heavily wooded with pine trees; the yard is pine needles vs grass preventing us from allowing outdoor fires.

The house was lovely and so roomy. There was 6 of us and we were able to spread out. Getting to Lake Geneva was a snap and Spoondoggers around the corner was fun. When a couple minor issues did crop up, Holly was quick to respond and work on the problem. Highly recommend and would love to come back

We were visiting Lake Geneva for a wedding and needed a 5 bedroom house. This house was perfect for our needs. Only issiue is the upstairs bathroom needs the lock fixed as it does not close and lock properly. The location is a short drive to downtown. I would stay again if in the area.

An Excellent Choice!

What a fantastic stay! My family and myself were in Burlington for my brother's wedding weekend and this was the perfect spot for us to crash. The place is like new, everything clean and well decorated, a very comfortable stay with lots of space for us to spread out. The host was proactive in her communications and very responsive with any and all questions. Would 100% recommend!

We were in town for a family wedding. The home was in close proximity to the event and in easy travelling distance to explore other areas. With a family of 8 adults, we all had separate bedrooms with great beds and ample bathrooms to get ready. The home is clean & up to date. Holly was very prompt, helpful and kind with all communication. It was a perfect place for us, thank you againg Holly!

We traveled with a 7 year old and a 4 year old. The yards were not kid friendly. The outdoor spaces were covered in dirt and yard/tree debris. The house was clean. The beds are comfortable. Enough space for the 9 of us.

Quick drive to Lake Geneva

We drove up to meet some of our friends from Chicago. The house is very large, five bedrooms and a few bathrooms. The home is close to a grocery store and only a quick 10-15 min drive to Lake Geneva which we spent most our days. The neighborhood is quiet and in walking distance to a small lake which the dogs loved. Holly, the owner was very responsive when I had questions.

50th Birthday weekend

We enjoyed a large family event at the property. We had a 50th Birthday celebration there. The property was perfect for this! It had enough sleeping capacity and lots of living space to spread out. It is very well equipped, so we really didnt need to bring anything other than food. It is very close to Lake Geneva so that made it convenient to shop and enjoy a day on the lake. I would highly recommend this property. The owner was also very responsive and respectful. Just a great place to stay.

Great house in a great location

My siblings & I, 7 adults altogether, rented this property for a family get together. The location is very close to downtown Lake Geneva in a quiet neighborhood. The property & rooms were just as described on the listing with pleasant décor. All beds are new & comfortable. The amount of bathrooms are perfect for larger gatherings. Holly, the property owner, replied very quickly when ever I messaged her on the VERBO site & she is very easy to work with. I would highly recommend this property if you are looking to stay in the Lake Geneva area, especially if you want to be a just a bit away from all the traffic & crowds.

Golf Get away

We came out for a 4 day golf trip and stayed at Holly's property. Tons of room for all of us, fully stocked kitchen, entire house was extremely clean. Great living room with big TV. Bedrooms were nice size with TV's. 3.5 nice bathrooms. Local bar down the block you can walk to. 15 minutes to downtown Lake Geneva. Holly was a great Host and very easy to get a hold of. We look forward to staying here again.

The house was very clean and beds were comfortable. The couch in the living room was a little beat up and uncomfortable and one of the recliners would not work also two of the bedrooms upstair had NO mirrors in it to get ready (as we were there for a wedding) therefore some of the house guests had to get ready in the downstairs powder room. The host was amazing to work with. Whenever there was a question she replied back very quickly. Kitchen was stocked with most basic items but it was a disappointment when there were no wine glasses to drink from. Again, we were there for our daughters wedding and to celebrate and had to drink wine out of regular glasses. It was a beautiful weekend and we would have loved to sit outside to enjoy the sun and weather but the property is HEAVILY wooded with trees therefore the sun could not shine through and there were pine needles everywhere. Overall it was a very clean place in a quiet neighorhood and the host was wonderful to work with.
