The host offered an upgraded unit . The tiny house . It was lovely and efficient for our 31st anniversary. Cozy warm and the beach walking distance. Very quiet location especially during the winter. Perfect for couples wanting quality time.

Great stay!

Rory answers any questions right away. If there is an issue, he is right there to solve it. The neighborhood is great for walking pups and it takes 5 min to walk right to the beach. Had a great time and definitely will be back

We loved this cozy apartment! It was so welcoming and thoughtful with all the extras you need on a stay away from home. Iron, blow dryer, soaps and shampoos, fresh towels and linens, and the most comfortable bed! Loved the little kitchenette area with everything you needed including popcorn and breakfast muffins. How thoughtful! Just a 3-4 minute walk to the beach where I was delighted with all the shells! The porch was the perfect place to relax and read a book and a super nice grill and hot tub were just outside the door. We will definitely visit again and love the area with the convenience to stores for groceries and wonderful restaurants.

Very minimal furniture amenities. Cigarette butts ; spots on carpet. Not very comfortable.

Far from Exceptional! As advertised.The walk to the beach was long and difficult.The porch was nice but seating was child size!

Susan was hating it here long before she even arrived. A rude and demanding communicator. Unfortunately, I expected a bad review from her. For clarity- -The walk to the beach is literally a 4 min walk down a flat street. I struggle to see how it could get easier. -Every piece of furniture and amenity listed in the listing is there. Furniture and amenities that Susan made up in her head may not be. -The porch furniture is regular size. There’s even a bench. -Not sure where she saw cigarette butts but I’m not seeing any haha. -If you are an unhappy person in general, my rental unit will not fix that. Also Susan broke a coffee pot and just threw it in the trash and said nothing. Bless her heart.

Bugs!

Just musty smelling with bugs in the bathroom. Porch was too smelly to go on, and room was much smaller than in photos. No kitchen.

Sorry you had a bad time. This is the first I’m hearing of bugs or a smell. I’ll see what I can do to remediate both. You are correct, as stated in the listing, there is no kitchen.
