The Tiny houses are two houses on one lot located in the heart of Deltaville, within walking distance to the Deltaville Maritime Museum and Holly Point Nature Park! These homes each have full kitchens, coffe, decks, and everything you need for a luxurious stay!

Whether you are boating, sailing, fishing, swimming, visiting friends, attending a wedding, just riding around town, or doing nothing, you'll love staying in these 2 cozy houses! They have 2 fully equipped kitchens in case you want to dine in. Watch your favorite movie on the 55" Smart TV in the Main House or relax with a cocktail on one of the decks and observe the wildlife.
The bedrooms are all set up for comfort. The gel memory foam mattresses, plush pillows and the fresh linens will make you feel like you're sleeping on a cloud. The linen cabinets at both houses are stocked with towels, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, soap and a blow dryer so you can pack a little lighter!

-The 2 Bedroom, called the Tiny 2 Bedroom House, and the 1 Bedroom/Studio, called the Tiny Luxury Studio Guest House, each are individually available as a short term rentals for parties of 2 or 4 guests. Each has its own private driveway and parking.

Cleaning Fee $199

We allow up to 2 dogs 50 pounds and under with a small non refundable pet fee ($100). The pets cannot be left unattended in the home unless they are in a crate. They must be house broke and not chew.

Deltaville is a quaint, small town. Escape from the hustle and bustle and be prepared to move at a much slower place when you come to town! There is no such thing as fast pace here! Just remember, when you come to Deltaville it's always "5 o'clock" so relax and have some fun!

You are in a small laid back town so you won't get Uber or food delivery here BUT the cool thing is you can be at any restaurant in town within 5 minutes or less by vehicle! Lots of people love to walk and ride their bikes in Deltaville.
