Explore the charming nearby towns of Deltaville, Urbanna, Irvington, and Mathews. Take a day trip to Busch Gardens, Water Country USA, or Colonial Williamsburg, all just an hour away. Bring your kayaks to explore scenic Dragon Run.

The Space

Step inside and feel the coastal charm meet timeless cottage comfort. Our home is designed with soft, breezy colors and vintage-inspired décor to create a welcoming and refined atmosphere. Enjoy your morning coffee on the deck, curl up with a good book on the large sofa, or prepare a delicious meal in the fully equipped kitchen.

Living Room:
Unwind in the spacious living area, featuring a comfortable sofa, two electric recliners, and an electric fireplace for cozy evenings. Enjoy a movie night on the 55" TV with Firestick or choose from our selection of board games and coloring books.

Kitchen & Dining:
The modern kitchen is ready for your culinary adventures with an electric range, stainless steel appliances, and a variety of cookware. You'll find a Keurig duo for both drip and K-pod coffee, an air fryer, a Crock-pot, and more. Share meals at the 6-person dining table or grab a casual bite at the 4-stool breakfast bar.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms:
Rest peacefully in one of two queen bedrooms, each equipped with a 32" TV with Firestick. The primary bedroom includes a private en-suite bathroom. Both full bathrooms feature a shower/tub combination and are stocked with complimentary shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and a hairdryer.

Library/Den:
This flexible space offers a sofa with a full-size pull-out bed and an additional recliner, perfect for extra guests or a quiet reading nook.

Outdoor Deck:
Fire up the gas grill and dine al fresco at the 6-person outdoor table while enjoying partial views of the Piankatank River.

Laundry:
A washer and dryer, along with detergent pods and dryer sheets, are available for your convenience.

Guest Access
You will have private access to the entire home. You are also invited to enjoy the community amenities, including:

A sandy beach
Two fishing piers
A kayak launch
A playground

Please note, the property owner stores a boat on-site and may need to access the grounds to use it during your stay. The home itself will not be entered.

Important Information
To ensure a comfortable and safe stay for everyone, please review the following:

Booking Requirement:
Guests must be at least 21 years of age to book.

Security:
For your safety, exterior security cameras are present on the property.

Parties & Noise:
We enforce a strict no-party policy. Quiet hours are from 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM (Sunday-Thursday) and 12:00 AM to 8:00 AM (Friday-Saturday). Disturbances will result in a $500 penalty and potential cancellation of your reservation without a refund.

Smoking Policy:
There is absolutely no smoking of any kind permitted inside the cottage. A minimum fine of $1,500 will be charged for violations. Smoking is allowed in outdoor areas only.

Decorations:
If you plan to decorate, please use only painter's tape. Any wall damage from tape or decorations will incur a $500 repainting fee.
