Modern Italian interior doors, marble tiles, original wood floors and some trendy cement tiles and terrazzo floors in its florida room, bathrooms and kitchen, english and french wallpapers, mid-century style furniture, new Nectar mattresses, two closets with wood interiors and doors, new modern kitchen cabinets, and lots of details just to give you joy. Most of the kitchen appliances are brand-new and you will have everything you need for a perfect cooking experience if you want to stay home. The washer and dryer in the laundry area are also new. This home is truly spectacular!

WE DO NOT ALLOW PARTIES. Tropical Villa is a home for responsible adults, their family, friends and colleagues. Please be mindful of noise/loud music at any time. You will also need to sign a rental agreement. Please note quiet hours are from 10 pm to 7 am.

Furthermore, in addition to the verification process for the person who´s booking, we will be asking for a list of the guests that will be staying with the reservation and their IDs.
