Guests have full access to the entire private unit, including all living spaces.

It’s placed as an full house on here but really is not, then you can hear everyone connected to the house, overall I’ll say it was a 1/10 I don’t recommend

We had a wonderful experience. Place was clean and well decorated. The only problem we had was getting hot water in the shower. There were directions listed, but even with instructions we had a lot of difficulty and never ended up being able to get the hot water right in the shower. Overall, it was a great experience.

An excellent alternative

I had a few family members who wanted to visit Omaha and my home is in the middle of a remodeling project. Since my family was planning mostly to be out of the place on day trips, this was a very affordable and convenient option. They did mention that having the television in one bedroom, and the sun porch was very warm during the 90degree days. But it was worth the price of the stay and very cozy.

For just a place to sleep not bad.

Wish there were a tv in the sitting area rather then just one bedroom, also could use new Windows lot of air leakage and noisey from wind due to the older windows not sealed well. But kept up decent.

Totally awesome!

Flew to Omaha to see family who lived close to this location. Nice 2 bedroom with kitchen & sitting area. Very clean & well stocked. Great communication with the host. Close to Zoo, Old Market, airport, downtown museums, etc. Will definitely be looking at staying here again our next visit. Thanks, Ruben!

Not for me

We were very disappointed with our stay when we arrived there was gas station cups with drinks still in them and hair all over the comforter in one bedroom it was also so hot it made me sick. The second day there was no parking in the back as the two cars took up all three parking spots and we had to park down the street in the front. The second night it was the opposite and freezing. The liaising also didn’t mention the abundance of stairs which for some isn’t an issue but I have a heart problem and this was a struggle for me.

Decent for a place to sleep; wouldn't stay again. Listing isn't accurate. Says king &queen bed. In reality, it's 2 queens. Beds are decently comfortable. Lists washer & dryer, doesn't say it's not in unit & someone needs to give you a key to use it (after contacting host). On 2 occasions it took host 9 hours to respond (laundry & checkout). I had to ask what the checkout process was and didn't get it until the morning about 30 mins before we left, so we just did our own thing anyway. The shower is the biggest pain in the ass regardless of the instructions on it (I'm not the only reviewer mentioning this). The instructions on the bathroom wall (yep it's that confusing that there are instructions) aren't accurate and it's irritating to say the least. Kitchen stools are broken, bathroom vanity is rotting, there's all kinds of dust/food crumbs/game pieces under the couch. Had a couple of games with broken boxes &missing pieces under table in sun room. We didn't have any problems with AC/fridge (had to turn it on upon arrival). Floors were pretty dirty and could definitely use a good deep clean (dirty feet walking inside). No stove/oven; had microwave&air fryer. Info after booking stated we'd get check-in info 3 days before; had to contact the host the morning of to get it. You get what you pay for. Might have been nicer before, but it's showing wear &tear with minimal upkeep. These criticisms are meant to be constructive not destructive. Has potential to be great. Not there yet.

We’re an active family that loves spending time outdoors; whether it’s at local parks, walking to Elmwood Park near Happy Hollow, or enjoying Omaha’s great trail, and park system.

In the summer, we’re often at the pool, and in the winter we make the most of the season with snowboarding and outdoor activities. We also enjoy staying active year-round with sports like baseball and basketball, along with regular gym time. Sundays are for church and family time, often spent with grandparents.

We also like to “snowbird” for a couple of months each year to explore new places and recharge.

We genuinely enjoy hosting, whether it’s saying hello, sharing local tips, or simply making sure you have a smooth and comfortable stay.

We love this neighborhood because it offers the best of both worlds: quiet, residential charm while being close to everything. I love it so much that my mom lives in the building.

You’re just minutes from Blackstone, Aksarben, and the interstate, making it easy to get anywhere in Omaha within about 20 minutes.

There are also great walking trails nearby and a strong sense of traditional neighborhood living, calm, welcoming, and unpretentious.
