Beautiful 2400sq ft home. This charming beach house is located in NW Lincoln City, Oregon and accommodates up to 10 guests. It sits 2nd row back from the ocean on NW Harbor Ave, so you can enjoy the ocean views as well as close access to the beach. What’s more, there’s a hot tub for those rainy days overlooking the ocean, and an arcade downstairs where the kids (or the kids inside) can play for hours!

Family Vacation

We loved how we had a lot of space, But overall we really loved how it looked inside and outside, and we definietly would go again. But it was a Bummer on how we didnt had a firepit.

Perfect!

The house was the perfect place for us to getaway. We had 10 people and were very comfortable…plenty of room for all. We were impressed with how quiet it was. The hot tub was lovely, the access to beach was easy, and everything was as described. We would definitely stay there again!

The green turtle

Very nice and clean home with enough extra pillows and linens. Pleasantly surprised by the availability of toddler needs, the pack n play, high chair, kid friendly game room upstairs with extra toys. Fully equipped kitchen. Bathrooms even had hair and body cleaning products available. Clean property and hot tub. Overall very happy with how family friendly the home was.

Great space for our Family Getaway

Loved the layout of this property and all the extra fun things like hot tub, ping pong and arcade. There were plenty of bathrooms and room for all. We loved that the kids got the upstairs while all the adults each got their own king room. We also enjoyed the big dining room table that fit all of us for eating and family games. It was generally clean throughout the house but noticed some things like the living room furniture, especially the lounge chair that could use a deep cleaning as they have become dingy/dirty looking with so much use. We noticed this with the bathroom towels as well which I'd suggest replacing if you can't get them white again. :) There were also a few little things that we couldn't find that would be really nice to include like facial tissue, a sponge and/or dish cloths (we had to use a big dish towel for all our handwashing), ice cream scoop, pizza cutter and a pair of scissors. :) We also noticed when using the blender that it loosens up after each time and causes a leaky mess when you take it off the base. Lastly, when using the BBQ out back it was noticed that the right burner is not attached properly so we were unable to use that burner. If you look underneath you can see it's not connected properly. Overall we had a wonderful stay celebrating our parents 50th Anniversary and would come again. Thank you!

Great Stay

The house is even better in person than the pictures online. It’s very close to beach access, two blocks away from restaurants, bars, antiques. It’s a great size. We loved the house and would absolutely stay here again.

Wonderful Family Getaway

Location, cleanliness, space and amenities were excellent. It was a perfect family time at the coast. Owner was especially accommodating and flexible. Great communication. Highly recommend this property and experience.

The Turtle House

The home and amenities are great! Love the 3 bedrooms with king size beds. Beach is directly across the street. We left a few ideas for minor repairs to make the stay even better but we will definitely stay again. The only negative is not the owners/host fault. The neighboring homes are very close together and seem to be all rentals. There were many different groups moving in next door and behind who were VERY noisy during late night and early morning hours. I am sure this is typical and hard to control. This house is very clean, comfortable, and a great place though! We really had no communication with the host. We missed the information regarding check in and all as it was not sent by VRBO. It came as NW Living and was deleted as an unwanted email. We had no idea it was for our rental.

Great time

We had a mini family reunion with My Dad, Aunt and Cousin's. The house was perfect. Plenty of room, we could have invited more. Kitchen was well stock as were the bathrooms. Very close to the beach. Will definitely consider staying here again if we need room for a family event.

Great home

The home is 3 levels with 3 bedrooms and on the second level and a loft with 3 twin beds and a separate living space on the third floor and a full bathroom. There are 3.5 bathrooms. The home is a block away from the beach and there is beach view from the second and third floor. The owners provided great information about the home prior to our stay.

Annual family beach trip

Extended family is 6 4 nights. House was very clean. Good supply of necessities. Comfortable beds. Plenty of space for everyone. The kids loved the games. Beach access just steps away. Would definitely stay again.

Cozy and clean!

We love the house and there is tons of room for our family and grandparents. Really enjoyed sitting by the fireplace and the hot tub. Also loved the ability to walk to the beach. It’s really close.

Great family vacation home

This home was in amazing condition. Beautiful view of the ocean, lots of games for the kids and an open floor plan that allowed us to all hand out together. Owners are great and communication was perfect. Check in check out was super easy. Would definitely stay again.
