Fantástico condominio con vista al mar en el tercer piso. La unidad cuenta con una cocina de tamaño completo totalmente equipada. Lavadora secadora. King en el dormitorio principal, 2 gemelos en el dormitorio de invitados y un sofá cama Queen en la sala de estar. Totalmente renovado otoño de 2017, cocina y baños personalizados. Mosaico en todo.

Todas las camas nuevas. El dormitorio principal tiene un rey, el dormitorio de invitados tiene 2 camas individuales.

El lugar está cerca de la vida nocturna, el centro de la ciudad, el aeropuerto y los parques. Te encantará mi lugar por el vecindario, la comodidad, la cocina y la luz. Mi lugar es bueno para parejas, aventureros en solitario, viajeros de negocios, familias (con niños) y grandes grupos.

Esta propiedad tiene un requisito de estadía mínima de 5 noches durante la temporada alta, en cualquier momento de la semana. The view is amazing!! The condo and property were clean, well maintained and peaceful. Loved that a parking space was included. Also appreciated enough amenities like dishwasher and laundry detergent, hand soap and dish soap were provided so we didn’t have to go buy all those things for just a week. There was also baggies, foil and cling wrap. There was a cooler and chairs for beach available too. A gas or electric grill on property would be a nice touch. There were charcoal grills, which we love, but didn’t want to mess with all that.

Smathers Beach, though close, was inundated with sargassum so we did not have the opportunity to utilize the beach & swim in the gulf. Excellent snorkle experience to the barrier reef through Fury!

Great Place in Uptown

We loved staying here. Very comfortable, well appointed, had everything we needed, CLEAN, and very comfortable. I would highly recommend this be included when looking for a place in Uptown Key West.

Beds are fine and the kitchen is nice to cook some family meals in. $15 uber to town...$5-7/hr in town to park, but is available. Washer/dryer, too. We stayed 3 days, but 4-5 would be better. Can get very windy, which can affect sailing, fishing, etc. Would definitely book here again~

Great Location and Beautiful Condo

We enjoyed the condo and location. Unfortunately, we were 1st hit w/ a (local) female in the elevator up to our floor with "I hope you are not partiers", in a snide and unforgiving voice. I'm 63 and my husband is 65, we are as quiet as you can be. So that was unfair to us to be 'greeted' that way on our first steps onto the property. Also, we requested the 2 twin beds in the 2nd bedroom to be turned into a king and it was never completed. Then we felt sand in the condo under our feet and we never went on to the beach. Lastly, we called Prop Mgmt on the last day there to ask for an extra hour check out the next day & a gentleman answered the phone w/o saying anything except 'Hello???'. So I asked if this was PM, he said it was and I just thought that was strange not answering the phone as "Hello, Property Mgmt, my name is .... How can I help you". When I requested the extra hour he said he'd have to get back to me. He never did. I called again and he did the same thing when answering. I reminded him of our conversation and he hemmed and hawed & finally said yes, but only till 11 am. That extra hour did help out a lot since our flight was at 2pm.

Enjoyed our stay!

Myself, my husband, and another couple spent a long weekend here and enjoyed our stay! The unit was clean and comfortable, the pool was nice, and the beach is a quick walk around the corner. There’s also a few small convenience/liquor stores within walking distance. If you want to go down to the Duval St area, it was a $12-$19 Uber ride one way.

Sunrise on the Atlantic

The condo has been updated, clean, has EVERYTHING you need: the kitchen is fully stocked with any utensil or appliance. The condo had all the comforts of home with extras. The pool and hot tub were exceptional! There is also a beach area with incredible views. We would absolutely stay here again! We could get anywhere by walking. We rented a golf cart and bikes. Lots of delicious Mexican cafes around too. You won’t be disappointed!

Pricey, but fully equipped with excellent location.

Pricey, but has views of the ocean although the unit is closer to the back street vs. ocean front. Large primary bedroom, bath suite including amazing 10FT or so shower with dual rain-shower heads. Easy walking distance to adjacent park beach and water-front walkway to airport and beyond. Fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. Even included beach towels and chairs. Balcony is large with table, chairs, and a couple of loungers. Really liked the two coffee-maker options including K-Cup.
