In the evenings, grab a drink and catch some live music at House Without A Key, Barefoot Beach Cafe, or the classic Duke’s Waikiki—all great spots with a view.

If you’re in the mood to shop, you’ve got plenty of choices nearby: International Market Place, Royal Hawaiian Center, T Galleria, Waikiki Shopping Plaza, and just a short drive away, the massive Ala Moana Center.

Check-in begins at 4 PM, and checkout is at 10 AM. During your stay, you’ll have exclusive access to the entire unit, allowing you to unwind and enjoy a truly private experience with no shared accommodations.

One Free Parking stall (max height: 6 ft) is included inside the building`s Parking garage from the 2nd to 5th floor. The building`s Parking garage entrance has a sign posted indicating the maximum height limit of 6 feet, so please note that if your vehicle exceeds this height or is oversized, Parking is not permitted. Also, ensure that you park only within the boundaries of the assigned Parking stall.

The Association of Apartment Owners of the Waikiki Banyan will be renovating the recreation deck from April 7, 2025 through June 30, 2026. The entire recreation deck will be inaccessible, including the swimming pool, hot tubs, playground, and barbecue grills.
Work hours will be restricted to 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. Noise is expected. We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your understanding.

Absolutely Terrible

We booked this vacation rental a week prior to arrival, since we decided at the very last minute to go to Hawaii. We had an issue with the door lock, it was not working properly and unable to get into the unit freely. The property manager responded quickly with a solution, until they were able to get a locksmith to replace the lock the very next day. The view from the balcony was amazing, great view of the beach. Unfortunately the bad outweighed the good. Occasionally we would see cockroaches inside the unit.The furniture was the cheapest I have ever seen very "Temu like." All of the furniture was very short and poor quality. The beds were very uncomfortable and poorly assembled, which caused me to have really bad back pain at night, which made it unbearable to sleep. There was only one mirror in the unit. The outlet area in the bathroom was so short that I couldn't plug in my hair dryer using that outlet. I had to use a different outlet in the unit, which made it very difficult, since there was no other mirror. All of the outlets are barely attached to the wall. I felt that whenever I plugged in anything using the outlets that it would shock me, since it often would spark. Very limited dinnerware and extremely cheap warped frying pan. The unit didnt have enough towels for us and since its not a unit owned by Aston (Aston supplies fresh towels when needed). We had to wash the towels quite often. We would never stay here again.
