I think that says a lot. Need to work and get- away from it all at the same time: Here is your delightful secret find! Nestled next to the Roaring Fork river and a pond (water in pond from April 15th to October 30th) set on about an acre of grass and trees, enjoy sitting in the shade of the trees in the summer months. Gaze at the heavens from the jacuzzi. Enjoy cooking on the barbq. Fishing just outside the living room. This modern 850 sq.ft. apartment has 1 Bedroom (King size bed, very comfortable), 1 Full size bed in the living area, ¾ en-suite bathroom, Office Area with 32” monitor, printer, scanner, copier (ink and paper provided) and dongle for PC or Mac. Starlink high speed internet, ideal for video meetings. 55” and 42” TVs (we provide basic Dish TV services, and you can access Netflix and Prime). 2 electric fireplaces. Large washer and dryer, large fridge, dishwasher, microwave, Emeril Lagasse’s airfryer, convection toaster oven, Keurig coffee and cappuccino maker, regular coffee maker, electric kettle, waffle maker, rice cooker, slow cooker, pizza maker, toaster, barbecue with searing burner, are but a few of the amenities. We provide you with basics such as coffees, teas, sugars, oils, vinegar, herbs, dishwashing, laundry soaps, shampoo, conditioner, paper towels and lots of toilet paper, if anything needs replenishing please let us know. We collect trash every morning. Note that there is no stove. There is ample parking and storage for bikes and skis. The property has easy access to the Rio Grande Trail, Fishing, boating, or paddle boarding on The Roaring Fork River (access from the property) or the Frying Pan. The Rio Grande and The Redhill trails, numerous Golf Courses, tennis and pickle ball courts and the runs at ASPEN, SNOWMASS, BUTTERMILK, HIGHLANDS RANCH AND SUNLIGHT ski resorts. Also, a great base camp during the hunting season. Aspen is just an easy 30 minute drive away. This world renowned, Ski Resort provides everything and anything that the elite might seek. Walk or bike into Carbondale for sightseeing and shopping. Enjoy the local eateries such as Village Smithy for Breakfast, the Marble distillery for local cocktail creations, stop by the Cocoa Club for delicious chocolate truffles, enjoy the pizzas at the White House, and for a bit of exotic Phat Thai for dinner. Basalt and Glenwood Springs have a lot to offer, we recommend the hot springs at Iron Mountain Hot Springs, take the Glenwood Gondola up to the Glenwood Caverns Adventure Park and enjoy the thrill of the rides. The local open-air markets in the Valley: Aspen and Glenwood Saturdays, Carbondale Wednesday, Basalt Sunday. Easy access to the Express buses to Aspen and Snowmass. Owners live on the property and are present for any needs you might need. Shared use of table tennis. Shared use of fire pit. No smoking or vaping inside the apartment. No pets allowed. We have dogs of our own who are very friendly. The extra bed is available for a minimum of 3 nights. Cost $75 per night ($225 min). Cleaning fee is $125. Minimum stay 3 nights. No discount for long stays. Maximum stay 3 months, with 1 required 4 hour clean per month by owners.
