Apartment is located down exterior stairs through the garden area of our home and has a private entrance, yard space, and BBQ. Guests should be comfortable navigating stairs.

Please be aware that this apartment is attached to our family home, where we live with our four kids and a dog. While there is a sufficient noise barrier between our home and the apartment, you might occasionally hear our children playing, the dog barking, or the piano being played. On sunny days, you may also hear us socializing on the deck. The apartment has a private entrance but shares a driveway with our home, so you may have some interactions with us and our children. We want to ensure you’re aware of these potential sounds and interactions so there are no surprises, but we’re dedicated to making your stay as enjoyable as possible and hope this does not deter you from renting.
