Sandpiper: Beach Club Access, PERFECT Tamarindo/Langosta Location, Private Pool

Welcome to Tamarindo Sandpiper, Costa Rica!

We are pretty new to VRBO, so please find our almost 60+ other *FIVE STAR* reviews that we have earned over the past years!

This newly built, stylish 3-BR, 3.5 bathroom home is just a short walk from both Tamarindo & Langosta beaches. The family-friendly home has 3 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, 2 king beds and 1 queen with a/c throughout. Enjoy our amazing saltwater swimming pool, plus 24-hour security. Wildlife like howler monkeys love the trees all around the Tamarindo Preserve (Punta San Francisco) community, and you'll often find them coming by to say hello at sunset.

The space:

*Located within Tamarindo Preserve (also known as Punta San Francisco), the most desirable beachside gated community in the country -- with private access to two of Costa Rica's most spectacular beaches.

* Less than 5-minute walk to two magnificent beaches (Playas Tamarindo and Playa Langosta)

*5-min walk to a supermarket & many restaurants

*10-min walk to Tamarindo center

*Private saltwater swimming pool

*EXCLUSIVE beach club access to the Langosta Beach Club and all its amenities including: towel service, beach chairs, air-conditioned gym, beachside infinity pool & cabanas and more.

*Beach club concierge service included for setting up tours, etc.

*We understand people with allergies and always avoid strong/scented chemicals, detergents or air fresheners.

*FAMILY FRIENDLY: Sliding glass doors and windows have child locks to keep the kids out of the backyard. There is also a side gate along the side of the house, and exactly one security camera pointing only at the driveway. The TV has Disney+.

*There is a swing set / play park right within the gated community, perfect for families with young children. It is so close to the ocean you can hear the waves crashing from the swing set.

*Upon request we have available a pack-and-play with sheets, closed circuit baby monitor, baby/toddler lifejackets, bed bumpers, extra mattress pads, etc. There are also childproof locks on sliding doors and windows.

*A COMPLIMENTARY light cleaning with our wonderful housecleaner is included with every 7 nights booked

*Included bag of delicious gourmet coffee upon arrival

*Blazing fast Starlink internet throughout the house (100mbps down and 10mbps up) provided by Orbi mesh routers on each level, both ground floor and upper floor.

*Water softener and water filtration system

*Free on-site parking in the driveway in front of the house

*Dedicated workspace — a large desk in the quiet upstairs master bedroom. This area is great if you need to work while you’re here, or for mid or long-term stays!

LOVELY NEIGHBORHOOD

*Delicious pizza & gelato ice cream at Fish & Cheeses just 2 mins away, right across the street. Several other restaurants are within 5-10 min of walking distance including Tandoor Indian restaurant, Langosta Bistro, Sofia and Pandeli Cafe Bakery.

*5 min walk to the beautiful Playa Langosta. Walk a bit further to explore the Langosta estuary, which is full of beautiful birds and seashells.

*The cliff and lookout point known as Punta San Francisco is a quick walk from here -- this is one of the best sunset-watching spots in the area!

*6 min walk to amazing surfing waves in front of Capitan Suizo.

*Quick 10-min walk to Tamarindo Center with all of its bars, nightclubs, activity tours and restaurants.

LANGOSTA BEACH CLUB

The rental house comes with exclusive access and full admission to the Langosta Beach Club. Lounge in the beachside infinity pool, nab a private cabana, and enjoy some soothing vibes for the day. When not soaking up the sun, flex your muscles in the gym, grab a bite at the onsite restaurant or just let the world drift by on their beach loungers with towel service. Almost everything is included except for food/drinks, spa services and rentals (so guests only pay for what they order at the restaurant, use at the spa or rent out in terms of surfboards, kayaks, etc). Just a short walk from Sandpiper!

EASY, HASSLE-FREE CHECK OUTS

We require ZERO cleaning or other tasks at check out (other than turning off the air conditioners and locking up). Relax and enjoy your last morning here, have a cup of coffee at the beach or a swim and don't worry about anything at all!!

EARLY CHECK-IN / LATE CHECK-OUT

If we can accommodate early check ins and late check outs, we are happy to do so at ZERO additional charge! Please reach out in advance to request this, so we can coordinate this with the cleaners if possible. Whether or not we can accommodate this depends on their schedule, and also when we're expecting our next guests to arrive. In case we can't coordinate an early check in or late check out for you, we're happy to watch your bags while you hang out at the beach club in the meantime!

GUEST ACCESS

Guests have exclusive access to the whole house, including the backyard with garden and private saltwater pool as well as private parking area out front. They can also access three beach entrances in the neighborhood (2 lead to Playa Tamarindo and 1 to Playa Langosta) as well as the community's play park -- which is just steps from the beach and within earshot of the waves crashing on Langosta Beach. We offer keyless entry and self check-in.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
We often get to see monkeys, birds, iguanas and other wildlife up close in the front and backyard. Please feel free to look and take pictures, but do not feed the animals!
