Our stay was the best. The house is truly wonderful and our stay was a true vacation. Maricela who makes breakfast each morning and cleans and does laundry each day is a true treasure. Our stay was perfection, we cannot wait to come again sometime soon.

Wow! What a completely perfect property. It was lovely. The furnishings and decor and every need one would have were amazing. And Marciela!!!! She was the cherry on top. Her food was delicious. She is the most pleasant person and made our stay outstanding.

Maracella took unbelievable care of us, verty accomadating. Breakfast every morning, laundry done without even asking. Living area opening to the beautiful pool and outside was so relaxing.

It was a five star experience for a three generation group. So many activities to choose from, always fueled by the most amazing breakfast!! Above & beyond advertised, you will be pleasantly surprised. A vacation our children & grandchildren will remember. Seriously, did you ever zip line with your grandparents?

Jose and Marcella are amazing! Jose helped with every detail of our booking, from start to finish. The house was immaculate and the pool and back area are stunning. Marcella’s breakfasts every morning were better than we could have ever expected and will be sorely missed. We definitely will be back, but next time we will stay longer. Without a doubt, one of the best properties I have booked.

This place was perfect for our family vacation in Costa Rica. The property is beautiful and in an excellent location with access to two beaches. The house is well equipped with lots of room for everyone. Jose was a great host, very organized and answered any questions we had immediately…Mari was the highlight…she was extremely friendly and her breakfasts were outstanding…our granddaughter really enjoyed seeing her every morning!

We had a terrific stay at Villa Mettise over New Years. It’s in a great location that is quiet but close to town to be convenient. We had a golf cart which made for a quick ride into town for dinners. Our host Jose was very responsive to any questions we had. Perhaps the best part was our lovely chef/housekeeper Mariselle, she was wonderful and made delicious breakfasts each morning for us, truly wonderful.

This was a wonderful place in a great location. Back yard is very private and the pool is beautiful. Bedrooms are spacious a have an attached bath. The best part of the house is Marcella! Her food is amazing. Not to mention she is a very kind lady. We absolutely loved seeing her every morning.

Where to start. Fabulous property with lots of space. 4 couples stayed. The amazing Mari arrived daily at 6 and prepared a delicious breakfast sometimes twice to accommodate the early risers. House is clean with top rate amenities from Pool and Beach towels to shampoos and soaps. The kitchen is well stocked with oils and spices to get you started and excellent cookware and knives. There are books and games althought most days were spent on the pool deck or beach.

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful home in Tamarindo. Communication with the host was excellent. The home was very clean and just as pictured. The backyard with the pool was beautiful and it was a very short walk to the beach. Mari was wonderful and her breakfast each morning was delicious! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

We loved our stay here. This was a great location close to town, restaurants and the beach. Everything was as advertised. Maricela made nice breakfasts, did laundry and ensured everything was in order for us. Would recommend staying here.

Amazing stay at Villa Metisse!

Would highly recommend this property to anyone travelling to the Tamarindo area! The house had everything needed during our stay. Maricella truly made our experience. Her breakfasts were outstanding and the care/attention she gives to this property show in all the added amenities and cleanliness. Wish we had stayed longer!

Beautiful Place

Wow, what a place. Big open main room. Super comfortable. Mari was awesome too. We all loved it. Having access to the Langosta Beach Club was very nice too as we went there almost every day.

Amazing stay in Tamarindo

Property was absolutely beautiful! Perfect spot for our Family. Mari was so kind, wonderful, and accommodating! She enhanced the joy and made it a stress free, incredible stay! Jose is a professional host. Frankly I think some people in my party were a bit demanding, but he always went the extra mile. One in our party complained about a mattress. Jose had a new mattress the next day.

Best stay!

We had the most amazing time in Tamarindo and at this property. The house was exactly as promised and had everything we could need. Likely the most well stocked kitchen we’ll ever find in a property, lots of beach toys, board games, books and an abundance of towels. We looked forward to our breakfast with Marisela each morning and also enjoyed practicing our Spanish with her - she was simply amazing. We lost power on the first night and found the host to be incredibly responsive. The location was great, as was the access to the beach club and having a ton of space for our whole family on the rainy days. If we’re ever back in Tamarindo I know my family will insist we stay here!

Fantastic Stay in Tamarindo

The property was beautiful, modern and clean. Everything we needed was supplied. We especially enjoyed the breakfasts and practicing our limited Spanish with Marisela. Marisela was pleasant, helpful, and a wonderful cook. She kept our house spotless and she was very kind to everyone. The grandchildren really appreciated her as well. Access to the Langosta Beach Club facilities was a nice surprise. Definitely a place to recommend and return.

Great Place!

Overall everything about Metisse was awesome. Marie was lovely and showed us great hospitality. The host was also super accommodating with check-in which we really appreciated. Highly recommend to families traveling together or anyone who wants an excellent location, great pool+amenities, delicious breakfast, and super clean rooms. The closest beach was on the rocky side for our kids, but we had a car and drove to other beaches, no problem.

Great vacation with family and friends

We love Costa Rica! This house has it all! Fantastic location! Best part of the house was Mari! She comes everyday, makes an amazing breakfast for the group! We had a group of 8, and then she cleans up! Also- she is super sweet! This was a great place and great trip!

Paradise in Tamarindo

Maricela greeted us upon arrival with a tour. She made our stay so much more relaxing with her AMAZING breakfasts, daily laundry and housekeeping. Not to mention her kindness. The house was beautiful, clean, and the kitchen was fully stocked with any appliance/pot/pan/utensils you could possibly need. They yard was very peaceful. Jose was super responsive to my questions leading up to the visit. We had no need to contact him during our stay - things went so smoothly for all 9 of us! Would definitely stay here again!

A great week!

A wonderful week in a perfect house for two families with 4 adults and 4 teens. The common room was perfect, the outdoor area and pool was great and the breakfast from Marcella was such a treat everyday. We enjoyed the Langosta Beach Club during the day, using the pool, beach, workout facility and lunch there. The location is a bit more than an easy to town, but we had a car and always found parking. Loved sharing this amazing town with friends.The owners were helpful and very responsive and we always felt safe. A wonderful week for sure.

Great House

Our family of 6 had a great time at the house. The layout was perfect for us with great open access to the pool and was very clean. The location was perfect with an easy 5 minute walk to the beach. We planned on getting a golf cart, but found it an easy walk to town. Maricella was fantastic as she cooked up a delicious breakfast every morning and even laundered and folded out clothes. Access to the beach club was also a very nice amenity that we used each day when we needed a break from the sun and the sand. Would recommend this house 10/10 for families or friend groups looking to relax and enjoy Tamarindo.
