The Refuge-lake views at Alpine Lake

Welcome to The Refuge!



This beautifully updated home offers amazing views and is within walking distance to the lake. The Refuge sleeps 10 guests and has plenty of parking for everyone with a convenient horseshoe driveway. As you pull in, you’ll notice the double decks with an entrance into the first floor. Walking in, you’ll find ample space to unload your belongings, with quick access to 3 downstairs bedrooms and a full bathroom.

Laundry access is also conveniently located on the first floor.



Upstairs Living Area:

Head upstairs to the spacious, open living area and kitchen. The living room has plenty of seating for the whole group to gather, plus a small area with toys for the little ones. For extra peace of mind, there’s a gate installed at the top of the stairs to keep everyone safe. A small desk and chair are also provided for anyone who needs to plug in during their stay.



The kitchen is large and fully equipped for preparing delicious home-cooked meals, perfect for family and friends. The dining table has enough seating with chairs and benches, plus extra seating at the bar. Coffee lovers will appreciate the regular coffee maker and espresso machine, so you can wake up, grab a cup, and head out onto the deck to enjoy the sunrise and stunning lake views. There’s also a propane grill located on the upper deck for those afternoons when you want to BBQ while soaking in the beautiful scenery.



On the main floor, you`ll also find another bedroom with a queen-size bed. The closet includes a pack-n-play for the little ones, and the upstairs bathroom has a full tub/shower combo for easy access.

Important Info Before You Book:

❗ Age Requirement: A minimum age of 23 is required to book, and the responsible guest must be present for the entire stay. A valid driver’s license will be required at check-in. Failure to meet the minimum age requirement will result in eviction without a refund.

🚭 No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited. A $200 penalty will be charged if smoking is detected in the home.

🐾 No Pets: This property is NOT pet-friendly. Unauthorized pets found in the home will result in a $500 non-refundable fee and up to $1,000 if excessive cleaning is required or damage is found. No refunds will be given for eviction due to unauthorized pets.

🧴 What’s Provided: The property comes with linens, washcloths, towels, dishes, and a starter basket (toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, laundry detergent, and sponge). Guests must supply all additional products.

🌨 Winter Travel: 4WD or AWD is highly recommended during the winter season.

🛁 Hot Tub (if applicable): Follow all posted hot tub rules. A $350 cleaning fee will be charged if negligent use leads to excessive cleaning.
