Keyless entry for easy check-in and check-out. We are here for you during your stay, but our level of interaction is up to you. We are only a phone call or message away.

The whole home is yours! There will be no access to the detached garage.

The Space
Guests have full access to the entire home, including two bedrooms, one bathroom, a comfortable living room, full kitchen, and dining area. Parking is easy with a designated driveway space plus ample street parking.

Originally built in the 1940s, this home has been completely remodeled while still honoring its history. Inside, you’ll find a unique shadowbox displaying items discovered during the renovation — a fun nod to the home’s past.

The main living area features a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, stove, microwave, cooking utensils, and basic cooking essentials. Enjoy meals at the dining table with seating for four, then relax on the sectional sofa (which also pulls out into an additional sleeping space) and stream your favorite shows, movies, or sports on the smart TV.

Bedrooms
• The first bedroom offers a comfortable queen bed and a cozy lounge chair.
• The second bedroom features a queen bed and a dedicated workspace with a desk and comfortable office chair — perfect for remote work.

Amenities
The home is stocked with coffee, refrigerator and freezer, baking and cooking supplies, board games and cards, fresh towels, clean sheets and comforters, washer and dryer, blow dryer, iron, and many additional conveniences to make your stay comfortable and stress-free.

Outdoor Space
Please note: the yard does not have a sprinkler system and is not seeded grass. While it is mowed weekly during the summer, it is not intended as an outdoor hangout space.

Please note that for stays exceeding 29 nights, Idaho law requires that we must obtain a lease from you before hosting your stay.

Our company policy also dictates that stays exceeding 29 nights require an extra cleaning every 29 days. This will be billed at the cost of an additional cleaning fee. These extra cleanings help keep our home an enjoyable place for all renters and really help our cleaning crews at the time of checkout. Please keep these policies in mind if booking a long term stay.

Any unauthorized pet will be charged $250.

A late checkout fee of $30 will be charged after 15 minutes late. An additional $30 will be charged every 30 minute increment after that.

There is no cable TV, but there are many apps that can be logged into.
