Inside, you'll find a king bed and a unique loft net hammock, offering a playful yet comfortable space to unwind. The kitchenette is equipped with all the essential appliances for your convenience. The Space:
The homeowner chose the name "Meridian" for the property, symbolizing a high point. Their goal was for this place to be the highlight of each guest's stay. This idea inspired the cabin's design, resulting in a distinctive two-story loft layout that adds to its unique charm. Meridian Cabins are a hidden gem in the Texas Hill Country, featuring four upscale, stand-alone modern cabins surrounded by the tranquility of nature. Just a 10-min drive from Main Street, it’s the perfect distance for stargazing in peace while still being close enough to explore the town!

BURN BAN EFFECTIVE - Gillespie County Burn Ban is ON, effective October 14, 2025 at 5:00 PM.: Attached please find a local DECLARATION OF DISASTER & ORDER RESTRICTING OUTDOOR BURNING related to imminent threat of wildfires. Restrictions: NO open fires/burning and NO smoking.
As a result, outdoor wood-burning fire pits are NOT permitted. This mandate is enforced by the city and county and is beyond our control. You are welcome to use Gas fire pits and BBQ grills, if applicable. For charcoal grills, please leave all hot coals in the grill to cool completely, we will handle proper disposal. Please review the property listing to confirm the type of fire pit and grill available, if applicable. Thank you for your understanding!

The Washroom: this is the laundry room with washer/dryer and it's shared between all 4 cabins. It's located in between Cabin #1 and Cabin #2. Owner does provide laundry detergent.

EV Charger: There is a shared EV charger - located and shared between Cabin #1 and Cabin #2.

Note: Cabin is 400 sq ft plus a 50 sq ft loft net. The loft hammock net can hold up to 1000 kg or 2200 pounds.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to their assigned cabin, the shared EV charger, and the communal laundry room. Entry to the cabin is through a lockbox code.
Please note: Trailers are not suitable for this property due to the limited parking space available at each cabin. To prevent any space or access issues, we advise guests not to bring trailers.

The Neighborhood:
Quiet Neighborhood. There is only the 4 cabins on site.

Getting Around:
This beautiful cabin is 6.3 miles (10 min drive) away from downtown Fredericksburg! We do offer Luxury Private Transportation Services, please reach out to us directly for details and scheduling!

Other Things to Note:
- This property is not suitable for children/infants.

- This property is not pet-friendly.

- Must climb stairs: Upstairs access in this tiny home is via a 42” diameter spiral staircase, with a width clearance of about 17.

- Pest Control is scheduled quarterly. Due to the house being in the hill country, you will encounter critters. This is common even with pest control treatments.

- NO SMOKING!

- Outdoor Shower: During winter months, the outdoor shower is not usable. We drain it to prevent the pipe lines from breaking during the freezes/low temps we experience in the hill country. Usable only during warmer temps.
