The Space:
Enter the apartment through the charming entrance next to the Red Clover Boutique, and ascend the craftsman staircase to an airy, open-concept living space that seamlessly combines the kitchen, dining, and living areas. The original hardwood floors add warmth to the fresh white walls, while large windows bathe the room in natural light.
The fully appointed kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious meals, including a complete set of appliances, dishware, utensils, cookware, and small appliances.
In the living room, unwind on a comfortable sofa that easily converts into a queen-sized bed. A cozy reclining chair offers the perfect spot to relax, overlooking a charming fireplace and a smart TV ready to stream your favorite shows. Simple, stylish décor creates a tranquil environment for you to unwind.
Off the kitchen and dining area, the single bedroom features a new queen mattress adorned with plush pillows and crisp linens. The ensuite bathroom boasts a pedestal sink, a shower/tub combination, and is fully stocked with essentials, including towels, toiletries, and a hair dryer. A stacked washer and dryer are conveniently tucked away in the closet.
At the top of the staircase, step through a glass-paneled door onto your private balcony, the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee. A short hallway leads to a dedicated office space, complete with an additional sofa and a work desk, making it an ideal setup for remote work during your stay.

Guest Access:
The entire apartment is set up for your use. There are other renters/businesses that occupy the building so please be courteous to your neighbors and keep noises to a minimum from 10PM - 8AM.

Looking to be right in the heart of everything downtown Savannah has to offer? The Magnolia on Bull sits above the beautiful Red Clover Boutique and near the famed Chippewa Square and serves as Savannah’s centerpiece square, featuring a statue of the city’s founder, James Oglethorpe.
You can immerse yourself in Savannah's history and culture with a short stroll from your door. History abounds with sites like Harper Fowlkes House, Savannah Theatre, Telfair Museums, Beach Institute of African American Culture, and many more. Enjoy one of our favorite casual restaurants, Fire Street Food, as your neighbor, featuring excellent Asian-American dishes with a modern flare.
Excite your taste buds with the many excellent restaurants all a stone’s throw from the apartment. Grab incredible southern dishes at the highly-rated Mrs. Wilkes Dining Room. Craving a diner? Check out Clary’s Café. Want your favorite vegan dish? Fox and Fig Café is minutes away. Jumpstart your hunger by taking a slightly longer 16-minute trip to Savannah River Street for more incredible dining like The Lady & Sons, Vic’s on the River, The Olde Pink House, and Treylor Park.
Fancy a pint? Stop into Six Pence Pub, a British-inspired pub just across the street from the loft. Looking for that small dive bar? Check out The Original Pinkie Masters for a cash-only bar with great deals and incredible staff. Need the perfect cocktail? Getting Around:
Are you driving into town? There are no parking spaces directly available outside the unit. Still, you can park your vehicle at the Liberty Parking deck just minutes away and enjoy easy transit and walking for the remainder of your stay!
Circling the downtown, you will see Old Town Trolleys, a great way to get around. Get in touch with us to receive your DISCOUNTED ticket. A free trolley-style City transport bus called the "DOT Shuttle" also picks up and will make a loop around the Historic District. The closest stop for this one is just a block down the street at the corner of Drayton & Perry!
