The Blue Belle of Lincoln is nestled in a quiet residential area, one block from Broughton Street which is the pulse of the Historic District. You'll find plenty of shopping, dining and historic sites within a short walk!

This residential apartment building was built in 1917 features the original hardwood floors, windows and ornate moldings & fireplaces. There are small balconies on the front that hover among the Live Oak tree canopies.

The Blue Belle of Lincoln is on the 2nd floor with 2 bedrooms and one full bath for a maximum of 4 guests.
The living room is spacious and decorated with deep blues and golds and has a small balcony nestled in the Spanish Moss ladened trees. What a view! The floor plan is open to the dining room that seats 4 and the fully outfitted kitchen with a stackable washer & dryer.

Around the corner is a desk if you're working remotely or need a private spot to check emails. Down the hall you approach the first bedroom with 2 twin beds, dresser and closet.

The fully renovated bathroom has a combo tub/shower and plenty of storage for your belongings.

The 2nd bedroom is at the end of the hall way with lots of natural light and a king size bed, dresser & closet. All beds have brand NEW MATTRESSES based on past guest experiences!

There is a 2-story stairway to approach our apartment, so if you have mobility issues, this isn't the space for you. The building does not have an elevator.

NOTES:
Minimum age to reserve is 25 years of age, no exceptions.

NO smoking or pets.

Once reserved you will receive all letters (including your CHECK IN LETTER) from Luxury Living Savannah, so please check your spam/junk folders in the days to follow reserving.

PARKING:
The area has metered, street parking by The City of Savannah.
2 blocks over is the Lincoln Street Parking Garage and you can purchase digital passes online.

Contact the City of Savannah Parking Services for 12 or 24 hour parking passes.

OCCUPANCY:
We have a maximum capacity of 4 people (including children/infants) at ANY TIME, no exceptions. These rules are set by City of Savannah fire codes and STVR ordinances. Any guests breaking these rules will be evicted immediately.

NOISE:
This property is NOT PARTY friendly. We do NOT allow loud noise, music or parties of any sort. Violators may be evicted and/or fined.
NO BACHELOR/BACHELORETTE PARTIES!!
This building has long term residents as well as short-term rentals so we expect our guests to be quiet, respectful and thoughtful of others below and above.
