Step Outside:

Welcome to your tranquil oasis, designed to offer relaxation and enjoyment. Our newly renovated heated saltwater pool is the centerpiece of this often sun-soaked escape. This pool is a haven of serenity, perfect for leisurely swims. Adjacent to the pool, an oversized hot tub accommodates up to 8 guests, providing the ideal spot to unwind and soak away stress.

Surrounding the pool, tasteful lounging furniture invites you to sunbathe or relax with a good book in the shade. An outdoor shower, located at the side of the house, for rinsing off before and after a refreshing swim.

The outdoor space overlooks a peaceful canal. A meditation terrace directly overlooking the canal provides a space for quiet reflection and relaxation. For a touch of playful competition, try out the small putting green, perfect for friendly one-on-one games.

Things to be aware of:

While we professionally treat the area for mosquitoes and pests, we recommend bringing your bug spray for added comfort. A treatment might occur during your stay when you may not use the outdoor space for at least one hour or more based on sensitivities. We understand the inconvenience, but it is necessary.

The pool is cleaned once or twice per week and during this time, it will typically be unavailable for up to 30 minutes (inquire with the host about the specific day during your stay). For in-between cleanings, we provide a net and scrub brush as needed.

As this is a natural setting overlooking a canal, some wildlife is expected, including, but not limited to, iguanas, lizards, frogs, toads, spiders, ducks and raccoons. In the canal, you might even spot an occasional manatee or see fish jumping, adding to the unique charm of your stay. We ask that you be vigilant in closing doors behind you and keeping food and trash managed outside. We also ask that you understand that we have no control over wildlife and noises.

The Rooms
Our modern bedrooms are designed for comfort, featuring either King or Queen beds and Smart TVs. With space for up to 8 guests, you’ll find a restful haven in each room.

Primary Suite 1 offers direct access to the pool and a spa-like ensuite bathroom. Begin your day with a stretch on the sizeable round yoga mat before enjoying a refreshing swim.

Primary Suite 2 provides direct access to the putting green. It includes a King Bed, a 55-inch TV, a small workstation, and a mini-split for personalized temperature control.

The Waterview Room features pool and canal views and has a mini-split for added comfort.

The Parkview Room includes a Queen-sized bed and a 43-inch wall-mounted Smart TV.

Common Spaces

The living area features a 65-inch Smart TV.

Although we hope you enjoy the local cuisine, our kitchen is equipped with essential tools for meal preparation, including multiple pots, bakeware, and cooking utensils. We also supply coffee makers, a blender, and other small appliances.

Our bathrooms are freshly renovated and stocked with spa-quality hand soap, body wash, shampoo, and conditioner.

A washer and dryer are available for a few loads during your stay.


Things to be aware of:

Our home is professionally cleaned between each stay, including a complete change out of towels + linens & restock of bathroom essentials (hand soap, body wash, shampoo, and conditioner), and a starter pack of household supplies.

Our team works hard to ensure a clean environment, but if something needs improvement, contact your host within 24 hours of the start of the stay for options to remedy.

We love plants and believe in their powers to calm and heal. Please enjoy them, but refrain from touching or watering them. If you think they need attention, please get in touch with your host.

Similar to the outside, this home is on the canal in a tropical environment. While we are consistent with cleaning and pest control, you could see a few bugs during your stay. We ask that you understand and contact the host immediately with any concerns. Things like not wearing shoes in the home, keeping doors closed, and turning outdoor lights off when unneeded contribute significantly to minimizing encounters.

Centrally located, you’re within 5 miles of Fort Lauderdale Beach, Wilton Manors, Chase Stadium, Easterlin Park, and Publix Grocery Store. Within 10 miles, explore Fort Lauderdale Airport, Las Olas, Hard Rock Hotel & Casino, Pompano Beach, and more. Plus, a waterside walking trail, Wawa and Veteran’s Park are just a short walk away!

This is our personal residence, a home we’ve worked hard to make a reality over the years. We enjoy it on many weekends and are inviting you to enjoy the experience as we do. Please be respectful of our home, neighbors, and community. Ask questions and make sure this is the right place for your vacation.

Please note:

Pool & Spa Heating (On-Demand):
We offer on-demand heating for both the pool and spa, with up to four hours per day included for each. Heating is managed remotely, so we kindly ask that you provide your preferred daily schedule at least 24 hours in advance, allowing us to prepare everything for your comfort.

Please keep in mind:

The pool and spa cannot be heated at the same time
Heating is unavailable during rain or inclement weather
Schedule requests should be made at least 24 hours before use

Want more than 4 hours per day? We’re happy to offer extended heating for a fee:
$25 for 4 extra hours
$50 for a full weekday (8am–10pm)
$75 for a full weekend day (8am–11pm)

Important Note:

The pool and spa are managed remotely for your safety and to ensure proper operation. Please do not touch or adjust any equipment on-site, as this may cause system malfunctions and affect your ability to use the pool or spa during your stay.

Please note that pool and spa heating cannot be operated during rain or inclement weather. This precaution protects the equipment and ensures safe operation. Heating will resume once conditions allow.

Early Check-In & Late Check-Out:

We offer early check-in or late check-out when available for a fee of $50 for up to two hours. If you need additional time beyond this, please reach out to discuss options. Availability is not guaranteed, but we’ll do our best to accommodate your request!

We’re sorry, but we do not provide luggage storage.

Mail & Package Delivery:

Please note that we do not allow mail or package deliveries to the property. If you’re expecting an Amazon package, there are nearby Amazon lockers available for convenient pickup.

No Parties or Gatherings Allowed:

Our property does not allow parties or gatherings of any kind. Any unauthorized event will result in a fine of $500, plus any additional cleaning or damage fees incurred. Violations may also lead to immediate eviction and reporting to Airbnb and local authorities.

No Pets:

We do not allow pets. Any unauthorized pet will incur a fee of $500, plus any additional cleaning or damage charges. Violations may also lead to immediate eviction and reporting to Airbnb.

No Smoking:

Smoking or vaping is prohibited both inside the home and on the property. Any violation will result in a minimum fee of $150, plus any additional cleaning or damage charges incurred. Violations may also lead to immediate eviction and reporting to Airbnb and local authorities.
