El dormitorio principal tiene puertas francesas que se abren al área de la piscina / patio, una sala de estar, una gran pantalla plana y un ba��o privado. El segundo dormitorio de invitados tiene una cama de matrimonio y baño privado. Hay un tercer dormitorio con una cama queen y otra fuera de la cocina / lavandería con dos camas individuales. El salón tiene un sofá cama tamaño queen. La casa de la piscina, que tiene aire acondicionado, también tiene un sofá cama y se cuenta como un quinto dormitorio.

Great location and great house, but the smell in the kitchen really bad for a not so enjoyable stay. The kitchen is the most important reason for me to cheese a VRBO. Cooking and eating wasn't as pleasant this time and I found myself taking everyone out to eat more which just added to the cost. We would have saved more by staying at a nice hotel. I also saw bugs in the kitchen and in the master bath. It really is a shame because the house is pretty awesome.

Weekend of Tortuga stay

Lots of rooms so that you can have multiple people stay at the same place comfortably. The owner had towels ready for all guests and even allowed us complementary late check out since the pool was not ready for us to use on the day we arrived. The house was also 8 mins away from our location so it made driving to and from the event very easy!!

Great and fun getaway house

We all had an amazing time and the space fit 9 girls comfortably. The pool outside was amazing, there were trees surround the back yard which made us feel safe at this house.

Great property and great location. Only negative feed back you don’t receive the property code until 20 minutes before the check-in time. It’s not a problem but it would be helpful to know before especially since you are traveling that the code will be sent 20 minutes before check/in. Otherwise great property and would definitely stay again.

Great Oasis Home

The house is a home away with all you need to have a great vacation with family. Kitchen is well equipped and there are plenty of space for all of us. We were 5 adults and two 5 year olds. We enjoyed the space and the location specially the fresh backing goods from the neighborhood bakery with fresh orange juice and coffee. The neighborhood is fun and upbeat with easy access to several beaches during the day and lots of options for nigh life. We love love the salt water swiming pool and the beach toys and umbrellas. The swiming pool and area does need some work and the big green outdoor furniture needs to be replaced or upholstered but that did not stop us from having fun and enjoying the space. Rooms were cleaned and comfortable. The room outside by the suiming pool was great for our 20 year old as had lots of privacy. In sum great fun neighbourhood with lots of characters and the house was an oasis for big families !

Spring break 2022

Our family stayed at the Wilton Manors property for spring break. The house was nice & clean. The yard & the pool area could use some serious maintenance. Communication with the property manager was great, we had a couple of issues that where addressed immediately. We enjoyed our stay but would not pay that much money to stay there again.

Perfect for a vacay

This property was in such an ideal location and it was a quick Uber from the beach and downtown! I would highly recommend this house and the renters were so easy to get in contact with.

Outdoors Misrepresented, Many items missing or broken

Prior to our trip I was very nervous about the condition of this property bc of recent reviews. It was much better than I anticipated, but could use improvement/ repair. I would have given this property a 4/5 stars, but my in-laws were less than impressed, so I had to down grade. Good: large home with nice, open layout. Large backyard with large pool. Friendly and responsive property management company. Rotten floor issue in master bedroom resolved (all be it with a laminate laid over the hardwood). Bad: back yard is misrepresented in the pictures. Not nearly as luxurious as shown. Has a ton of potential! But some tiles missing from pool liner, yard overgrown/ messy, green outdoor sofa looks frumpy/ trashy (but it was clean and comfortable). Cabana house is unusable- Reaks of mildew. Pool heater was broken and not able to be repaired. Disclaimer: the pool was about 80 degrees despite this, but it was the main requirement for our rental for. In-laws really didn't use the pool bc of this and that put a really big damper on their trip. Kitchen missing a lot of items that you would expect to find. Paid $300 in linen fee, but got one bathing towel per guest (which was okay), but also only one kitchen sponge and one drying towel. Has to buy towels! Also purchased Tupper, a large pot (they didn't even have a pot that could accommodate a pound of pasta). No cookie sheet. No drawer with a pen, a chip clip, lighter to ignite the broken grill. No broom. No beach gear to use besides towels. The word I would use to describe it, "sparse". And a lot of little things throughout the house were broken, and no one found the beds comfortable. Sorry to Walker Vacation Rental for this tough but honest review, But for the amount of money we paid, We just expected nicer. With a little effort this property could be really really nice, But I get the impression the owner doesn't want to invest in it.

Home needs work. Way overpriced.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This home needs a lot of updates and some work for safety reasons. The tiles around the pool are uneven and some you can pick up. This caused us to trip multiple times. Some lights were out or not working on the back patio. The dining room furniture needs addressed. 2 chairs specifically need replaced and aren’t sturdy. The trash days weren’t accurate which tells me no one had stayed in the property recently or we would’ve been alerted to the appropriate trash days. Also both bins were completely full upon our arrival. The ceiling light in the room closest to the pool would not go off at night and so we were sleeping in a room with a dim light every night. Also the wood floor in this room is ruined from water damage and mold could be seen in the corner of the room where the wood was coming up. Completely unsafe. I can’t believe what we paid for this property given the safety reasons. Terrible.

Potential is there

There is a lot of potential for this property. First, The location is great. 10-15 minutes from a few neighborhoods that have great restaurants and a short drive to a couple different beaches. Secondly, The layout of the house was also perfect for our family of teenagers! The property manager was great at answering questions as well. There were so many things that could be done to make the property cleaner and more kept up that in my opinion for the price we paid should be done. But the biggest thing that should be done is updating the pictures online. If they were updated to show the real state of the house/property we would not have booked this property at all. The outside pictures showed pretty plants and well kept landscaping, as well as nice bright and inviting patio furniture but the reality is the furniture is moldy, there are no flowers, there are dead and overgrown shrubs, plants and coconuts everywhere. The pavers around the pool are uneven and loose and a potential hazard. There is random broken things in the yard. The outdoor “cabana” house smelled of mildew and cluttered. There is a pull out couch but good luck getting anyone to want to sleep out there! The inside of the house has rotting floors in the master bedroom, broken blinds in the bathroom which made it so anyone in the pool could see in the bathroom, and the tile floors had so much grime on them you could not walk around the house without your shoes or your feet would be black in minutes (not an exaggeration). There should be a broom provided so renters can clean up throughout the week. We didn’t call to have anything cleaned as we just tried to take care of it and make the best of it. Not usually one to leave a less than perfect review but I believe this would be a great place with the proper TLC. And to put disclaimers everywhere that things are “as is” in hindsight is a red flag that things are not up to par and the owner is aware of it but doesn’t care to change it. This is the owners choice, but renters beware of this type of language in the small print.

Served it’s purpose, barely

The property was very much misrepresented. When we first checked in to the house the first thing I noticed when I open the master bedroom doors leading to the patio was the rotted floor, literally floorboards that were coming apart. A couple of places in the hallway and dining room I felt soft spots in the floor when I would step on them, so first impression was, I wonder if this house is mechanically sound. Then continued on in to the kitchen and saw the water stains on the ceiling from the water leak, the broken off handle on the microwave, and the broken blind in the bathroom did not add any confidence to my question. Continued outside where we had planned on spending the bulk of our time and found the pool full of debris, it was cleaned the second day of our stay but was unusable the first day, the outdoor patio furniture cushions were covered with mold, the umbrella over the sitting group was broken and laying on the patio furniture. We have been staying in South Florida over Thanksgiving break for 15 years, this is by far the worst house we have stayed in. I understand that these are not “resort properties” but when you pay an exorbitant amount of money for a four night stay one expects it to be better than this place, again it was very poorly represented in the photos and description online.

The location was stellar - we could walk to the Wilton Manors restaurants, stores, etc. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were very clean. The lush landscaping made it feel like we were totally isolated.We did have 2 complaints though. Like most vacation rentals, the pictures don't perfectly match a home's current state. This home lacked cushions on some of the chairs and the green sofa bed was not clean. Secondly, the dishes were not very clean upon arrival so we had to run them through the dishwasher again. Not a stay ruiner by any means though, just fine details!

12 year anniversary vacation with friends

Perfect for the family

Came for a short family vacation. Arrived at the property and was very satisfied with the location, Starbucks is very close. The inside of the house was great we were able to accommodate very comfortably. The kids loved the pool. The house was fully equipped with anything we could need. Loved the backyard. Loved staying there. The property manager was very easy to communicate with and quick to respond. Will definitely book again in the future.

Make them fix items!

This property is in poor condition and should not be rented. We reported the issues to the property managers immediately when we arrived. and then appealed to the owner only to be told the contact rents "as is" We took photos of the following and can prove our issues: broken outdoor furniture, no umbrellas at all, dirty pool, broken chairs on the front porch, the couch has a board under the cushions due to broken springs, blinds on the half bath door that goes to the backyard was broken, no privacy, we had to hang a towel there, missing nob on kitchen cabinet, icemaker didn't work, trash can was broken, hideabed in pool house is completely unusable, walls are dirty, there is a large leak spot in the kitchen ceiling, chipped walls, chipped cabinets, filthy door handles and around light switches, there was no cleaning products, no sponge to wash dishes, there was a lipstick mark on a glass in the cupboard. The vacuum didn't work, no broom,, the checkout list requires renters to wash towels when they leave but there was no laundry soap,, we were afraid to use the towels,, and last there were dirty towels hanging in the back of the master bathroom. I took photos of everything and sent them to the management company requesting a refund so we could go to a hotel. I was refused saying the house is rented "as-is" . The photos on their website are misleading and intentionally crop out the problem areas, the backyard was nothing like the photos. The issues were far beyond sending a cleaning person out which was the most they offered. I don't recommend renting this house, but if you do, be aware and use this review to require them to fix items.

Great service, lots of potential

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Loved this property for the location, the service provided by the owners and the overall condition of the house. The only issue I had was the pool house is sold as a habitable property but the pullout was smashed and I’m not sure that even if it wasn’t broken if you could sleep out there. Overall very happy but felt a little mislead.
