Come and stay at this luxury, modern one bedroom apartment just steps away from Yale!
With Broadway just around the corner and some of New Haven’s best Pizza a stone’s throw away you’d be hard-pressed to find a better location for your stay.
Enjoy cooking up a nice dinner at home one night using the fully-equipped kitchen provided. How about a relaxing evening on the rooftop terrace watching the sunset over the city skyline before tucking in for the night?
This apartment is situated on the second floor of the building towards the back so it is nice and quiet.
The total apartment size is around 525 sqft.
There is a gym on the first floor of the building as well as a lobby area, and a private car park. You will have access to all three!
There is an elevator in the building or you can take either the stairs at the front or back of the building too.
You can access the main front lobby in the building and from there also the gym, the elevator and the stairs. Feel free to take the elevator up to the Rooftop Terrace!
You will be able to park one car in the car park and also use the rear stairs if you like.
You will be able to access and use everything within the apartment as well!
