Early Check-In:

Due to the extended cleaning and sanitizing processes, units are typically not ready before the check-in time, but we do often have availability to offer early access to your parking spot. If you require an early check-in, please let us know so we can check our availability. There is a $50 early check-in fee that is passed onto our cleaners for having to work extra hard to turn the property in a shorter span of time.

Covid-19 update:

Our cleaning team has implemented a rigorous sanitization process prior to each guest’s arrival and is focused on disinfecting all public surfaces. Additionally, we are focused on disinfecting all shared building areas such as door handles, railings, and common areas

Green N' Groovy has been curated by a local interior designer with a selection of our favorite brands and products. Our goal was to create a funky experience in which guests can interact with products in a different way and it can provide those traveling to feel a fun vibe and young vibe when in town!

Guest access
We have smart locks throughout the house for contactless entry into the premises! No keys to lose or to return! This property provides secure, keyless entry with the best Smart Lock in the industry. You can lock and unlock the door with the keypad using your personal entry code issued to you for the duration of your stay.
Other things to note
We work hard to avoid hiccups, but as humans, hiccups happen. We encourage all guests to let us know if there is anything that needs attention so that we can assist in a timely manner, to the best of our ability. Please report any damage found upon check-in. After the fact doesn't help much. We have a hard enough time remembering what we ate for breakfast. (We mean that in the nicest way possible)

IMPORTANT: We can't control the behavior of others. We will not assume any liabilities for injuries. Please exercise extreme self-preservation

Our parking and walking areas are equipped with motion-sensor lighting and security cameras are located throughout the premises of the property.

Keypad: Tap the numbers of your accommodation to enter into the premise.
Lock: To lock the door, tap the button on the bottom right of the keypad. You will hear the noise of the lock moving to confirm it has been locked.
Laundry: Available in the basement. Please turn on the light to the left of the door.
