Heated pool available October through April for an additional $100.00 per day, activated on request. We will not be able to heat the pool for single day reservations. We offer a 25% discount on heating charges for stays of 5 days or longer.
The pool temperature is set to 82 F with the thermostat securely locked. Guests must request pool heating at the time of booking or at least 4 days before arrival. If the outside temperature is below 45 F, the heated pool service will not be available.

The house was clean and had all the linens, towels and necessities. The kitchen did not really have a great variety of pots/pans. I was particularly looking for a cookie sheet. The pool was not clean so that was disappointing, but we did enjoy our stay and would stay there again if a pool was not needed. It was a great space with lots of beds.

Property was nice with plenty of room to spread outand enjoy. Even unheated the pool was warm. The hosts were friendly and quick to respond if we had any problems. Would stay again.

Location was great. I have nothing good to say about the rest. Pictures are not definitely up to date. Couldn’t access pool for the first 3 days( it was nasty had to be drained and took over a day to fill after countless calls and text for updates when promised to be available the next morning after check in) and offered to heat the pool but did not work either. Pool guy said fuse was blown and never showed back up. House was not cleaned. Items and trash were left from previous guests. Broken and missing knobs, broken toys, only 3 TVs and the 5th room is an office inside of a room with a door that does not close . Host apologized but offered nothing back for ALL of the inconveniences and then stopped responding and answering calls from us as well as Vrbo agents.

Great Stay

No major issues, property manager was quickly responsive, great location for our needs. Regular housekeeper was not on duty, so it may usually be cleaner than it was for us, but we didn’t mind tidying it up ourselves. Would stay again.

Beating the heat

We enjoyed our stay in this nice home in a quiet neighborhood. I was extremely pleased with the pool and gazebo area. The best part of the pool is that we had no afternoon sun. The house provided shade so I did not have to worry about any sunburns. We swam in the pool and were able to sit and visit under the gazebo and enjoyed the breeze. I was pleasantly surprised how enjoyable it was to be outside during the heat of the day. The house was big and roomy and plenty of space for everyone. We will definitely be back.

Great house for a large group - great pool

Wanted to have a family get away with kids, grands and great grands. The greats live close by so they came and swam with us. It was great because late afternoon and evening the house gave off great shade.One day we went to Epic Indoor Waterpark which is 10 minutes away. There is lots to do within minutes of this house so you could do a weeks vacation and stay here. Grand Prairie rocks!The only hiccup was there is a mean neighbor who will call the police if you have more than four cars (which is what can fit in the driveway) and you park on the street. If you have more cars, maybe park in a public place and carpool. Seriously, this house is worth that small inconvenience. Also Nacole, the manager of the house, is super great to work with.

We had a wonderful stay! The home is beautiful, especially the back porch sitting area and the pool, it was the perfect place to relax. The kids absolutely loved the pool, and the spacious kitchen made it easy for us to cook and spend time together. The gas stove was a great bonus with an additional small flat top cooking area. A gas grill was provided and worked great. There were plenty of utensils in the kitchen, as well as pool floaties and towels.The hosts were always super helpful and quick to respond to any questions. Check in was super easy. The check out instructions were very clear and reasonable.I had read a few older reviews mentioning cleanliness concerns, but during our stay, the house was clean. There was a little dust on some vents and ceiling fans, but honestly, we have dust on ours at home too. It was minimal and didn’t take away from the overall beauty and comfort of the home.Perviosuly we had a terrible experience on a different platform, but this stay was a completely different experience and went beautifully.We truly enjoyed our time here and would definitely stay again!

Very disappointing

This was advertised as a very nice house with a heated pool. Once booked and received check in instructions we were then told it would be a 100 additional fee to heat the pool. So we opted to not pay the fee, thinking ww would still swim in a cold pool. The pool was green and unswimmable. The host the advised if we didn't opt to have it heated they did not clean the pool beforehand. We had 8 of us staying there snd in the entire home there were only 6 towels and no wash cloths or hand towels. The entire home looked prety dirty with vents thick with dust, torn blinds and trash piled high beside the house. After driving 5 hours we were so disappointed. The host did refund our money partially. I'm not sure if she wouldn't refund all or if VRBO didn't give me all my one key cash back so that is extra disappointing.

Quality Stay at the property but could be better!

The owners were GREAT to communicate with and they were extremely accessible from the date of booking all the way through the visit and through to the end. Really easy to communicate with via the app. The property itself was a little dated, older, and the housekeeper didnt do a very good job of getting the property ready for our stay. we got there and there was dirty rooms, no toilet paper, and there was a LOT of trash out in the back where we were supposed to dump ours. It was old trash from the previous group that stayed and the trash from our group piled up fast and it was too much. The Pump for the heater in the pool is VERY loud and kept us up the first night but the pool itself was very nice, well lit, and the kids had a blast. The whole house wasnt a nice as on the pictures and listing but did accommodate the 15-20 people that we had staying there on two of the nights. All in All, it is a solid property in a solid neighborhood but could be cleaner, that could be a predicament of the housekeeper however but it did reflect poorly on the property. When we got there the upstairs air conditioner wasnt working but the owners sent someone out the 2nd day and by the end of the 2nd day it was working better. Really good communicators and the instructions were easy to follow. Solid stay for our family.

First off the house was big and spacious. When we entered the house had an old smell which means no one really cleaned the house. It was small pieces of trash on the floors and the steps were horrible. The door knob on the bathroom door upstairs in the hall way was hanging off and I sent a picture of that so it never got fixed. The refrigerator had every filter light on and the ice maker wouldn’t drop ice at all so we had to scoop the ice out with a cup. She did come back and clean the house and I seen a big difference from when we first arrived. Around 7am I found a bed bug in my bed I killed it and it was full of blood. I sent her a picture of it and we left that day we didn’t stay all the days we paid for. I will never go back. We didn’t get accommodated for anything. We paid all that money just to not be satisfied at all.

We arrived at the property and it was not clean, the grounds were not kept up, and the pool was disgusting. The house is listed as a 5 bedroom house but it's really a 4 bedroom with a small office that they count as a bedroom. The property manager was nice and provided us with a full refund immediately.
