What a great place for our reunion! The house is well equipped and was comfortable for our group of 10. Hot tub was clean and fun! Contact with manager was efficient and clear. No arduous check out demands are made and all went smoothly. One small surprise is that the bedroom with two full beds and one of the king rooms are in tandem so not private from each other. Not a problem really but noteworthy when making sleeping arrangements.

Fantastic property. It was a great base for friends and family coming in for a wedding. The only thing that would have made it better was if the wedding was held in Durham so we could have stayed there all week

Absolutely everything was excellent. In over 5 years of family celebration this was the most perfect location. The house-perfect. The cleanliness-perfect. Rental floorplan-perfect. Administration/coordination work (agreement, notifications, reminders, links)-perfect. The amenities-bedrooms(6), bathrooms (4 spacious), parking, kitchen-wow-perfect. Most of all the perfectness was the host. Andrea was the most responsive person I have dealt with in securing rental properties for over 5 years. Not once did she not answer my emails or fail to help when needed even on Thanksgiving Day. The care I received was immeasurable. I cannot thank your company enough for a wonderful, over the top rental. We have been in the lake, at the beach, in Chapel Hill and Greensboro. This was a gem. We wanted a special space for family near and far. Thanksgiving time is our special time since the passing of my mom, grandma, great-grandma of 92 years. During these challenging times, keep family connected in person matters. Thank you again. I appreciate your exquisite listings, follow up and amenities. This is a 5 star.
