This well-designed house sits in a quiet neighborhood. The house is 3.5 miles from downtown Carrboro and 10 minutes from the UNC campus. Anderson Community Park is only 1.5 miles with a large fenced, leash-free dog park, 18-hole disc golf course, fishing pond, basketball, volleyball, baseball field, hiking, and open space. You'll find Franklin Street, 4 miles down the road with shops and restaurants like Cat's Cradle and Neil's Deli.

We had a lovely stay here! There are several grocery stores nearby, which was very nice. It was nice to be close to so many things (parks, shopping, and our event location) without being in the midst of it all. The neighborhood was quiet too. We’d definitely stay here again!

The space was so lovely and the kitchen was very well-appointed! We've stayed at a few rentals, and Clay and Angie really thought about everything to make the space useful and comfortable! The back and front yard were great for the dogs to walk around on leash and the neighbors were quiet and friendly. We would be happy to stay here again!

Cozy, Convenient and Clean

We came to Chapel Hill for a wedding and the venue was only 5 miles away. It was very clean and sat in a quiet neighborhood. The owners were very nice. We brought our dogs and I would have given it a 10 out of 5 if it had a fenced in yard. Over all, it was perfect for what we needed

We were very comfortable during our 5-night stay in the "Bright 3-bedroom House". The location was convenient for seeing friends and family. The house was super clean and well maintained inside and out. All furnishings were in good condition, all appliances worked perfectly. The house was well equipped for meal preparation without being cluttered with things we didn't need. Nice kitchen.We really appreciated how quiet the neighborhood was. Beds were comfortable and we slept well. We really appreciated the yard space and deck to sit outside (and read). This was a super welcoming place for our dog. Great to have furniture covers available! We would stay again!

Christmas Family Visit

Great Location in a Quiet Street

This house was the perfect location for visiting friends in Carrboro. We easily travelled to Durham and the surrounding area. The house was furnished with everything we needed and was very clean. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice house to bring your dogs

House was very clean and nice to bring your dogs. Great accommodations for your dogs. The yard could be better as it had a lot of mud especially when it rained but otherwise it’s a great house
