CLEAN ( thats obviously huge) LOCATION This was the perfect spot, it was in walking distance of the nissan stadium, the property manager was easy to get ahold of, when i kept trying to unlock the lock box instead of the door ( it says that in the check in directions) i was tired..... I would definitely book this again, its also right on the river and it was cool to watch the boats and see the little critters.

Absolutely a dirty gross place.

Everything about this place didn’t even compare to property photos or description . As we walked in the smell of a dirty musty moldy condo . The carpets were beyond filthy . The pictures of the place are definitely when it was new. The couch was as all stained and dirty. The windows and patio were covered in spider webs and bugs. Property managers blamed it on the river. Said it was clean two days before. So they don’t care what it looks like for new customers. The sheets on beds are old and cheap. We left right away that same day within 15 mins after paying for 3 full nights. We couldn’t stand how disgusting the smell of carpets and the smell. There is also as soft spot in kitchen floor. Like a rotten floor definitely a risk of falling through the floor . I talked to host ,They said they would refund the cleaning bill only !!!!! This place should not even be on VBRO. I’ll post a few pictures. Very disappointed with VBRO. Will make me very Leary to book with them again. As they said they will not refunding me at all other than the cleaning bill. NOT impressed!!!!! A moldy, musty accommodation is definitely a health risk .

Location was great

Location was great but we felt there were a few things that could be worked on. The fan light in king size bedroom didn’t work. So it was dark in there. I emailed the property owner and no response. The toilet in small bathroom flooded. I did get a response back from the owner quickly. For 4 people ran out of toilet paper. Ran out of hand soap. No shampoo or bath soap like it was advertised. That was disappointing as those are easy fixes. Would be nice to provide a box of Kleenexes. Also for 4 people only 3 wash clothes was provided. Not sure what that was about

Cute, comfortable condo close to everything!

The property was exactly as explained on line. It had a cute sitting area on the river and windows facing the river. We could walk to all downtown events, restaurants, shops, etc. People are not partying or loud. Parking can be tight with a truck but always available, you just need to take your time driving through the structure.

Great stay in Nashville.

We loved the condo! It was everything we needed for a 4 day stay. It was decorated nicely & had a little balcony to sit & enjoy the river. The walk to broadway was doable ( 20”) for 3, 60 somethings & a 40 year old. The beds were very comfortable & the shower had good water pressure. I would recommend this condo to anyone.

Nice and relaxing

Good property, very nice to have the balcony with river view. Walkable to Germantown and restaurants. We did not walk to downtown based on the route and neighborhood that you would have to pass through to get there. But ride-sharing is an easy option. Great visit!

Overall good location to stay

Loved the location. The bathrooms definitely need updating. Tub is cracked, toilet seat not secure. Not exactly as pictured. More seating is preferred in the living room.

Nice location to downtown

This was a nice launching point for any downtown activities. There are plenty of things in walking distance. It is right on the river with a nice view. It is sort of in a corner area along the train tracks, but there were clearly other people using it as short term rentals with Uber and Lyft pick ups coming frequently. The decor was fun.

Great Stay

This place was exactly as it says in the listing. It was clean and comfortable, and close to everything we needed to Uber to. The view from the living room/kitchen was always a source of entertainment watching the barges going back and forth. The only thing that was a negative to us which was of no fault of the owner of the vrbo was the permanent resident above us was a very heavy walker/furniture mover starting at 7 am every morning.
