Amazing Ultra Luxury Tuscany Style Lakefront Villa, Two Primaries with En Suites

We take every comment seriously and want to address the points raised: Photos and quality: The villa is professionally photographed and, as many other guests have mentioned, often described as even more beautiful in person. The home features solid knotty alder millwork, and kitchen cabinets, all floors are either solid wood or high-end travertine stone. The home features high-end quality finishes throughout including furniture and accessories, granite countertops, and European style door jambs. “Faux” materials: The only decorative faux element in the home are the Tuscan-style ceiling beams, which were intentionally designed for architectural warmth. All other materials are authentic wood, stone, and tile. Sauna: The sauna functions properly but requires 20–30 minutes to reach temperature. It has since been inspected and confirmed operational. BBQ propane: A new tank was installed immediately the next morning once we were notified the propane had run out. Master bedroom TV: This room is not listed as having a TV. A ceiling-mounted unit exists but the lift mechanism is no longer supported for repair, which was explained at check-in. Coffee maker: The model shown in earlier photos was replaced with a new, fully functioning unit. Professional listing photos are not updated each time an appliance is changed. Cleanliness: The home is professionally cleaned before every arrival and personally inspected by the owner. No other guest has ever reported cobwebs or dust. Floor vent: One floor vent cover had been temporarily removed for cleaning and has since been reinstalled. We strive to provide an immaculate, high-quality experience for every guest and respond promptly to any concern raised during a stay—as was done in this case.
