Welcome to our historic Casita, a beautiful cottage in Panama City's Bid-A-Wee Beach. Built in 1938 and completely remodeled in 2024, this home features an open floor plan, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. It can comfortably sleep up to 6 guests. Only 100 footsteps separate you from incredible sunsets and a protected gated private Emerald coast beach that only you and this community has access too.

This beautifully furnished home offers a spacious main living area; while the fully equipped kitchen offers lots of dinnerware and cooking equipment for relaxing meals with friends and family.

Sleeping arrangements include 2 bedrooms; Master bedroom is furnished with a queen size bed while the 2nd bedroom offers a queen size bed and twin size bunkbeds. Both rooms are beautifully furnished and have top of the line mattresses and TVs. This layout makes it perfectly suited for multiple families looking to share a vacation rental.

The home's stylish interior is well balanced by its inviting front sun porch with a large rear patio. Plus, there's an outdoor shower on rear south side of house, with hot and cold water, to rinse off after a day in the sand. The charming exterior finishes are classic "Old Florida" coastal architecture with painted lap and original brick construction, metal roofing and new landscaping with evening lighting.

With a half mile of undeveloped, private beach frontage, Bid-A-Wee offers gated beach entrances only accessible by residents and guests of the neighborhood. This restricted access eliminates over-crowding and creates a more peaceful and tranquil setting. Boardwalks and benches allow you to enjoy the pristine sand dunes, undeveloped beach front, crystal blue water, and beautiful sunsets.

**A brand new GE 2 in 1 washer / dryer combo unit is available for use. Please note that the machine will prompt you to remove lint from the lint trap each use.

**A charcoal grill is provided for you to use. You are responsible to clean the grill after use. Please dispose of the used charcoal from the bottom compartment of the grill. Wipe down the outside of grill as well. Our cleaning staff does not clean the grill or prep area.
