Toliets: Florida is shallow, water is right below us and all around us, because of that the sewer is sensitive, please flush only toilet paper down the toilets.

Hot Tub: Please don’t forget to turn the hot tub down to 94 when you are done using it. To ensure it is the temp you want, turn it up to 102, put the cover back down and let it work it’s way up, then when you are ready to get in, then

AC: Please do not put the AC temperature any lower than 65. It will freeze up the AC. Please keep it above 65.

Lock doors: Please lock the doors every time you leave the house.
