Guests have complete access to the entire home, including all private outdoor areas, and an oversized garage.

In addition, guests have full access to all of the community's luxurious amenities, including full gym, yoga studio, two oversized pools, bocce court, dog parks, U-Pick It garden, 7 miles of walking paths, Miralon bar and Miralon cafe.

The home was built in 2021 and has been barely lived in. Everything is new, high-quality, clean, and modern, with luxurious touches throughout. Perfect for solo travelers, couples, or even two couples, the home offers multiple areas to spread out inside and outside for working, entertaining, playing, exercising, and relaxing. This home has a 6- night minimum. Small hypo-allergenic, well-behaved dogs will be allowed only on a case-by-case basis for an additional fee.

The Chef’s Kitchen is fully stocked with cooking & baking pans, utensils. Many appliances including waffle maker, rice cooker, cake and roasting pans, immersion blender, microplane, popcorn popper, electric juicer (perfect for all that fresh California produce!), mixology tools (it's 5:00 somewhere!), wine refrigerator, and more. For that all important start to the day, chose from a Zwilling coffee pot, a Bialetti stovetop espresso machine, or a french press. Prefer to grind your own beans? You’ve got a Bodum grinder, along with a Bodum frother, allowing you to make the perfect cappuccino at home. Counter bar stools for 5, and an inside dining table for 6 offers plenty of seating. Appliances are luxury Italian brand Bertazonni, and fresh, clean filtered and remineralized water comes out of it’s own spout with ice cubes made from the same water found in the freezer.

For those beautiful Palm Springs days and nights, an outdoor entertaining area directly off the kitchen makes cooking and serving a breeze. A spacious table with seating for 6-8, a natural gas Weber grill and a comfortable seating area truly epitomizes indoor/outdoor living.

The living room’s focal point is a large L-shaped couch with plenty of seating, an oversized smart flat screen TV, and direct access to your private outdoor pool/spa through sliding doors. The TV comes equipped with Samsung TV, as well as all the streaming apps for easy access to your own accounts. An assortment of games for nights of fun and laughter with friends are found in the cupboards under the TV.

The Primary Bedroom has a king-sized bed with luxury mattress, a smart TV, a chest of six drawers, black out shades, and its own sliding door to the landscaped back patio with a cozy seating area and firepit. The adjoining Master Bath features two sinks/vanities, drawer organizers, a hair dryer, a large walk-in shower, a private WC, and a walk-in closet with plenty of hanging space and laundry basket. The bathroom is stocked with premium body wash.

The 2nd Bedroom has a queen-sized bed with luxury mattress, a smart TV, and a large closet with laundry basket. The ensuite bathroom features one vanity, toilet, and shower. The bathroom is stocked with premium body wash.

The 3rd Bedroom serves as a private office with a day bed that can be used for one guest. It also has an ensuite bathroom featuring vanity, toilet, and shower and is stocked with premium body wash. The office features a comfortable chair, plenty of light, pens/pencils, a printer, monitor and docking station allowing for maximum comfort and productivity in this elevated home office. With 1,000 mbps internet speed, your Zoom meetings will not be interrupted!

A separate laundry room with brand-new, full-sized machines offers eco-friendly detergent and thoughtful touches like delicate garment bags and lint rollers. A half bath for guests at the entry of the house provides added privacy of your personal space.

In your private outdoor sanctuary you’ll find both an outdoor shower and a cozy jetted pool/spa for your exclusive use. For those who desire a larger swimming experience, the Miralon community offers two oversized pools with poolside cabanas and breathtaking mountain views that are either a short walk or car ride away. The home has a Pure Elements whole-house water filtration system that removes all chemicals, heavy metals, pesticides, herbicides, etc. from all water sources in the home, as well as a reverse osmosis/remineralization faucet at the kitchen sink and to make the ice cubes. The water in Palm Springs is extremely heavy; this guarantees safe and clean drinking and bathing water during your stay.

As far as location, it truly can’t be beat. An 8-minute drive to downtown Palm Springs, the home is located right off the 10 offering easy access throughout the Coachella Valley. With weekly pool service, gardening, and white glove trash collection, this is truly a one-of-a-kind opportunity in the Palm Springs short-term rental market, offering unmatched amenities and a sophisticated place to call home during your stay in Palm Springs.

Other things to note
1. The home is for booked guests only.
2. There is a maximum occupancy of 5 people at all times. No additional guest(s) or friend(s) to stay overnight.
3. No parties. No outdoor noise/music. No drugs. This is a non-smoking property. No smoking inside the home or on the property grounds.
4. No pets are allowed other than small under 20lbs, hypoallergenic dogs and are only allowed per request and written approval. If we find you have an unapproved pet on site, we have the right to immediately cancel your stay and have you vacate the premises with no refund.
5. Parking: Private garage parking for 1 vehicle. All cars must first be parked in the garage, then on the driveway. Miralon does not allow overnight street parking.
6. If for any reason we are notified by the City of Palm Springs/ Police about noise disturbance or any disturbances at the home, we have the right to immediately cancel your stay and have you vacate the premises. Any fines imposed will be paid by guests.
7. There will be no refund or partial refund for any guest that is asked to leave. If you are evicted you will also be charged a $1000 fine payable through Airbnb.
8. If any house rules are broken during a guest stay, you will be asked to leave the property immediately. There will be no refund or partial refund.
9. The home is for vacation or WFA purposes only.
10. The home may not be used or featured for commercial use unless authorized by the owners.
11. Please be respectful of our neighbors.
12. For security and safety the home has a security camera at the front and side gates. For your privacy there are no cameras located inside the home or the backyard.
13. For guests staying a month or more, cleaning will be included every two weeks.
14. The City of Palm Springs requires all guests to complete paperwork.
a) A lease will be emailed to you. This must be completed and signed by the guest and returned prior to your check in day. Guests will not be allowed to check in unless the lease has been signed, returned to the host, and submitted to the City.
b) We request each guest sign the City of Palm Springs acknowledgment of guests review of the Good Neighbor City Rules & Regulations. This document needs to be read and signed by all adult guests prior to your departure.
