Hosting a “party/event” or hosting any number of guests beyond the confirmed number in your reservation at any hour will result in immediate eviction and the surrendering of your $1,000 deposit. ZERO TOLERANCE.

The area is gorgeous- you are surrounded by oak trees, rolling hills and vineyards. The properties around the area are estates with acres of land and very quite. Taking stolls around the area recommended to truly take in and enjoy the natural surroundings.

★ POOL HEATING ★
Pool heating is a fee of $150 per day- Minimum of 24 hrs prior to your stay to arrange for the pool to be heated.

-A maximum of 6 vehicles may be at the property
- No smoking inside home or on the deck (300 fee if any evidence is found)
- No amplified music, parties or large gatherings
- All guests must be approved. Fees are incurred for undisclosed guests both daytime and overnight ($250+ per guest)
-Pups- please clean up after your furry friends (they are not allowed on furniture, beds or pool- 250 fee if evidence is found).
-1 ring doorbell and garage opener camera, 3 exterior cameras that will record audio & video upon motion detection.
-1 camera at gate, 2nd back of home, 3rd facing yard. There are no cameras inside the house.
-Hosts reserve the right to ask the tenant to vacate the premises with no refund should any of these house rules be violated with no refund.
-No tampering with pool system (300 dollar fee).
- We recommend guests acquire traveler`s insurance- San Diego is known for power/internet outages, rain etc- there will be no refunds.

Injury/ Liability:

-Owner of the property, are not liable for any damages to Guest or Guest`s property caused by acts beyond Owners` control including, but not limited to, Acts of God, military action strikes, revolution, pest invasion, inclement weather, viral or biological outbreak, vandalism or ANY personal injury.
-By booking the property, as a Guest (the person registered and those persons authorized to be in the same rental property) understand that you may participate in activities with certain risks and hazards, including, but not limited to usage of spa, fireplace, grill, cooking, stairs, use of pool, spa, treadmill, outdoor swing-set and outdoor natural environments where you could potentially encounter outdoor
animals.


-Guest booking hereby agrees to accept, on behalf of all persons in the rental party, any and all risks of injury, loss of any kind, or death. Guests will fully indemnify and hold harmless host & property from & against all liabilities, claims, expenses, damages and losses, including legal fees (on an indemnity basis), arising out of or in connection with usage of the property.
