"113 Crab Drive" is located just a few rows back from the beach, just a short walk, making it a prime vacation spot! This house is a short ride to many restaurants, shopping and entertainment. The beach house neighbors so many attractions and popular landmarks such as the Murrells Inlet Marsh walk, Huntington Beach State Park, the Garden City Pier, and so much more. These attractions are within a 10-minute drive of the property.



The Space:

"113 Crab Drive" is located just a few rows back from the beach, just a short walk, making it a prime vacation spot! This house is a short ride to many restaurants, shopping and entertainment. The beach house neighbors so many attractions and popular landmarks such as the Murrells Inlet Marsh walk, Huntington Beach State Park, the Garden City Pier, and so much more. These attractions are within a 10-minute drive of the property.



This raised beach house features 4 bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms, 1 half bathroom, two oversized front decks, living room, loft area, full kitchen, full size appliances, a full-sized washer and dryer, community pool, spacious parking, and enough bedding to accommodate 10 guests!



There are 4 spacious bedrooms inside the home. All bedrooms have recently had new ceiling fans and overhead lighting installed!



Bedroom 1: This bedroom is considered the master bedroom which features a king bed, making it perfect for 2 guests. There is a window for natural lighting, dresser, wall mounted TV, nightstands, ceiling fan, and access to a private bathroom. The bathroom features two recently updated vanity sinks, shower, and toilet.



Bedroom 2: This bedroom features a full-sized bunk bed with a twin trundle under the bed and is perfect for 2-5 guests. There is a window for natural lighting, nightstand, a dresser for storage, flat screen TV, Guests will also have access to a Smart TV and overhead lighting. There is an attached, ensuite bathroom featuring a tub/shower combo, toilet, vanity and mirror!



Bedroom 3: The 3rd bedroom features a queen-sized bed and will accommodate 2 guests. There is a window for natural light. This room features two night stands on either side of the bed, a dresser and closet for storage, flat screen TV, ceiling fan, and access to the ensuite bathroom. This bathroom features a tub/shower combo, vanity, mirror, and toilet.



Bedroom 4: The 4th bedroom features a queen-sized bed and will accommodate 2 guests. There is a window for natural light as well as two nightstands, dresser for storage, flat screen TV, ceiling fan, and access to the ensuite bathroom. This bathroom features a tub/shower combo, vanity and mirror!



Upstairs guests will find a full-size washer and dryer! Guests will love the convenience of being able to do their laundry in the comfort of this beach house!



Guests will have access to two living spaces! An upstairs loft and a downstairs living room!



Loft: This space features a large couch, accent chair, wall mounted TV and access to the second private balcony!



Living Room: This is a perfect area to relax and hang out. The living room is furnished with a sofa, love seat, coffee table, large wall mounted TV, ceiling fan, and access to the first of two private balconies! The dining area is located straight ahead, just past the living room. This area features a large table with chairs perfect for enjoying a family meal.



Just off from the dining area, guests will have access to a full kitchen. The kitchen offers full size appliances, fridge, freezer, stove, oven, dishwasher, mounted microwave, coffee maker, toaster oven, toaster, and plentiful cabinet space. We provide all cookware, utensils, plates, cups, and basic kitchen necessities. For guests who prefer to dine out, there are several restaurants within a short ride from the house. In addition, Uber Eats, DoorDash, and Postmates have become very popular food delivery options.



Just steps from the home, guests will enjoy the community pool. Shared between the 10 or so houses in the community!



Pack light! We provide our guests with 8 towels, 8 washcloths, 1 hand towel, 1 bathmat, soap shampoo, lotion, and conditioner per bathroom. Bedding, pillows, linens, and everything you will need to enjoy your stay are included. We will also provide basic "starter toiletries" that include toilet paper, paper towels, dish liquid, soap, and more!



The departure cleaning fee is in place to compensate the cleaner, the cost of toiletries, and the laundering of the towels, linens, and bedding. We truly want to make your experience with us as affordable as possible! Unlike many properties managed by other companies and homeowners, we can accommodate daily housekeeping and mid staying cleaning requests for a small fee.



This beach house is in a prime location in Murrells Inlet, SC. Guests are only a short drive to central Myrtle Beach, Pawleys Island, Garden City, Surfside, and more! Guests love the location and proximity to the beach, shopping, dining, live music, and so much more. This property is only a few blocks from the beach; a short walk or golf cart ride!



Please note that there is a outdoor security camera on the wall, to the right of the main entry door directly in front of the stairs.
