The heart of the home is a fully updated kitchen and living area, featuring new appliances, custom lighting, and ample seating for gathering. A new custom bar and mini-fridge make entertaining effortless and fun.



Every corner is designed with both style and function in mind. For those who can’t fully unplug, a stand-up desk, dedicated office space, and high-speed internet provide a seamless balance between work and leisure. A brand-new washer and dryer make longer stays convenient and worry-free.



Parking is never a concern with a private garage for up to four standard vehicles plus additional driveway space for two vehicles. Best of all, you can leave the car behind—The Garden Party offers unmatched walkability to the beach, marina, and local dining. Pullout sofabed/futon they are not recommended to be used by an adult and should only be used for small children

The sofa bed is located in the small living room on the 2nd floor, not in the main living room.



BBQ grill, firepit or open flame are not allowed at this property per HOA rules



Guest Access:

The guests will have access to the entire space privately.

Guests have access to the community pool

The pool is open between May 1st and October 15th.

The pool is managed by the HOA. Pool availability is subject to change at any time.

Age Restrictions, Please confirm with us before booking that you meet the minimum age requirement to book and stay. If you do not meet this requirement, we reserve the right to request that you cancel the reservation.



Ice maker:

these components are often the first to malfunction in refrigerators, especially with frequent use. Please note that we are not responsible if the ice maker is not working during your stay. In most cases, repairing the ice maker would require replacing the entire refrigerator, which isn’t practical.



The ice maker is not listed as part of the included amenities, so it is not guaranteed.
