Making memories that last a lifetime, this cottage can serve as your family vacation getaway headquarters! BRING YOUR DOG! Your pet is part of the family too. PARK YOUR OWN BOAT TRAILER! The garage and driveway offers a convenient spot to park/stow your car and trailer if you brought your own boat, kayak, canoe or jet ski. There is a public boat ramp close by on Lover's Key.

This 3 Bedroom/2 Bath air conditioned home is nearly 1,500 square feet of comfortable, unpretentious, fun 'n sun accommodations, decorated with a relaxed, Florida-cottage flair. The entire Living Space has been treated to new wood vinyl plank flooring (except the Kitchen which is tiled). The Living Room has a huge sectional sofa where everyone can sit and relax and enjoy TV or the working fireplace. (There's a pullout sofa bed for two extra guests) The fully equipped Kitchen with a wall of windows brings in loads of sunlight in the morning when you are making your first cup of coffee and offers all dishware, cookware, tableware and appliances, including that oh-so-important dishwasher. The Dining Area has a table for 4. The Master Bedroom has a comfortable King Sized Bed and its own TV. The Master Bath has a large vanity and a tub/shower combo. The First Guest Bedroom has a Queen Sized Bed and its own TV, and the Second Guest Bedroom has Two Twin Beds and its own TV. The Guest Bedrooms share a Full Guest Bath with a tub/shower combo. Just off the Living Room is a Screened In Porch with a large table for 5 where the whole family relax or dine and take in the Gulf breezes. For your convenience, there is a full sized washer/dryer in the cottage.

St. Peters Island Cottage sits on the perfect location for the beach lovers! You won't find a better vacation home for your family to make cherished memories. Just a short walk down the street and you'll have toes in the sugar white sand. Enjoy a relaxing day soaking up the sun and working on that Florida tan, or hunt for shells as you walk the shoreline in the salt air as the water laps at your feet. Sun, sand and surf await you at one of the country's top 10 beaches. Enjoy 7 miles of white sugar sand beach - watch the dolphins play, swim, fish, collect seashells, bird watch, go for a pleasure walk or healthy run! A Gulf breeze puts a mind at ease and the sound of the surf is music to the soul. As the day winds down, you can have a front row seat to our world famous sunsets - proof that no matter what happens, every day on vacation can end beautifully. Life is simply better at the beach!

Of course, Fort Myers Beach offers many activities if relaxing is not on your agenda...sailing, wave runner dolphin tours, parasailing, fishing charters, jet ski rentals, or kayaking the Great Blue Waterway in our mangrove lined Back Bays are just a few options. Close by are Lover's Key State Park where you can hike along nature trails, canoe or kayak along estuaries and bicycle amidst the mangroves, the famous shelling beaches of Sanibel and Capitva, many public golf courses, the Spring Training facilities of Minnesota Twins and the Boston Red Sox, fabulous places to shop like 5th Avenue in Naples, Miromar Outlet Stores, and Coconut Point in Bonita Springs. There's dining and nightlife on Fort Myers Beach - Island times are back again! You will find food trucks, restaurants and bars opened, live music, fresh "pink gold" shrimp, and all the natural splendor this tropical island paradise has to offer. Then there's downtown Fort Myers, Sanibel, Bonita Springs, Naples, and Marco Island to explore. You can take a day trip to the Florida Everglades for a thrilling airboat ride!
