Este condominio frente al mar de 2 dormitorios, 2. 5 baños, se encuentra entre las calles 21 y 22 en Atlantic Avenue en el corazón de la zona del complejo. Ver los delfines juegan en las olas con el telescopio desde la sala de estar de este apartamento en la planta cuarta. En el paseo marítimo cerca de tiendas y restaurantes.

Relajarse en el balcón de la sala de estar y el dormitorio principal. cocina, barra de desayuno y comedor totalmente equipada.

Perfect Location! Accommodations were HUGE! Margie was great, very informative, and on the ball when our gate opener didn't work! Sure it needs updates as others said, but who cares! Everything worked for what we needed! Would definitely stay again!

Perfect ocean view. We were 4 older women, ages 58 to 70.

Loved being able to sit in living room and just see Ocean and watch the sun set. It would have been a little better if there were screens on the sliding doors so we could leave it open to hear the waves and keep the bugs out. Very secure building with easy access to the beach.

Great Choice!

We all enjoyed the property and our stay. Condo was much bigger than expected. Parking was a bit tight but we were within walking distance to pretty much everything so didn't really have to drive anywhere. Great space for kids and adults. Master bedroom was a little on the warm side but condo was equipment with nice fans that helped.

Ocean View

Nice view of Ocean. Kitchen was fully equipped. Had issues with plumbing reported but took plumber couple days to get it fixed so down to one shower for 5 people. Used the laundry service and they didn’t have our order there till 6:00 PM so had to wait not a fan of needing to put linens on bed’s when on vacation. Margie and Meghan were great in accommodating when I called always very prompt and pleasant. Condo is close to everything and comfortable for all 5 of us. Secure and safe place too.

Family fun

First time visit to Virginia beach for our bunch. I really liked the place except for a few things. The parking was VERY tight for my vehicle. It was really noisy every night in the master bedroom because of being located right by bars and clubs. I really hated the setup of the washer/dryer. You had to be a contortionist to put wash in the dryer. The check in went smoothly and Margie was great to work with. Overall we had a great time and the weather was beautiful.

Great location but very outdated

This unit has a fabulous location with the best view! The unit was clean and the kitchen was well stocked with the things you will need. However, there are no linens provided. No sheets, no towels not even a dish towel. Since this was not stated on the website when we leased, they did agree to lease them for us and they were there when we arrived. We then of course had to make our own beds which is not vacation to me. The furnishings are very out dated. Both sofas should really be replaced. The twin beds are terrible. The queen bed not so bad but not good. The master bedroom is right on Atlantic Ave so it is very noisy at night. Live music kept us awake most nights until 1 or 2 am. There are way too many nick nacks! I had to remove thing from the vanity top to be able to use it. Since I had grandchildren visiting, I had to put up lots of non-child friendly items from the coffee and end tables to avoid trouble. Just a heads up if you are bringing little ones. The cooling system works fine for the front half of the unit but the back half with the bedrooms is much warmer and you will have to supplement with fans. The hand held shower in the master bath was just a plastic one broke midweek. They chose not to repair it until after we left which meant you had to wash then rinse and were not really able to shower very easily. We had a good time since it is right on the beach and only a few blocks from our grandchildren and we would probably stay there again if they still live in the same spot when we go back, but this unit really needs to be updated.

1st time to Virginia Beach

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location was great. Good food in walking distance, mini golf, shopping, beer 🍺. The ocean view balcony amazing. The condo itself was ok, not bad, not amazing. Definitely could use some updates. Bathrooms are separated from sink areas with no doors, was not a fan of that. The biggest downfall was the laundry room. I had to literally squeeze in and around to get into a 1/2 sized closet. So take that into consideration if u are a "bigger" person. It was not a user friendly system.I didn't do my own research and as adults...I'm well past the stay up all night phase, and sadly the master bedroom was on the boardwalk side, with a balcony if u like to people watch, but very loud. No fault of the condo. No private beach access so to speak, so when u come out, sadly u see the homeless sleeping on the benches outside. Amongst other things. So if ur young, wild, and want to party all night.. Great location. If u go to relax on the beach, enjoy the ocean, looking for some peace....I recommend a location not right in the middle of the action. Again...our fault, no fault of the condo.

Our balcony overlooked the boardwalk and the beach - which we had quick and easy access to! Great restaurants, shops and activities to choose from as well. We couldn't have asked for a more accessible and responsive property manager. Thanks for everything!

Good location

The location was very good. The master bedroom is warmer than the rest of the unit, even with the additional fan running. Nice to have a stacked washer and dryer, but the space is very tight to stand in front of to see the control panel.

The ocean view from our balcony was simply breathtaking! The condo was very clean and had the things we needed, esp in kitchen. Margie was very professional and easy to get in touch with. We had some issues with WiFi but this did not make or break our trip. The single beds in the first room could be more comfortable to sleep for full week. All together we would recommend this place to rent, it was so close to everything, including steps from the beach! Overall very satisfied!

Great Location

Overall we really enjoyed our stay. Some of the decor seems a tad outdated, and we couldn't figure out the telescope. All the beds and room were great, and the location was wonderful and literally steps to the beach.

Nice clean condo in heart of VA Beach oceanfont

Nice and clean. Spacious. Right on the boardwalk, steps to the ocean. Lots of activity/street performers in the neighborhood. I will say: this is a place for people who enjoy lots of activity. We loved it, but it is a noisy and vibrant atmosphere. Not ideal if you are looking for a quiet getaway. Would definitely go back!

great location with some issues

The property location was wonderful couldn’t ask for a better location. Parking very tight for larger SUVs and trucks ACs in both bedrooms definitely performed under par the rooms wouldn’t get less than 75° although thermostat was set at 65°.The overall unit was great some updating could be done. All in all would definitely consider this property again in the future.
