La relajación aguarda en nuestro condominio 3BR con impresionantes vistas del Océano Atlántico y la Bahía Back desde el balcón de gran tamaño. Abra esas ventanas en el MBR y duerma con el sonido de las olas ... estamos a pasos de la playa y del área de la piscina principal que tiene un bar en la piscina y cabaña, así como el patio y la piscina del edificio. ¡Tu elección! Disfruta de una semana de actividades familiares divertidas: natación, surf, pesca, remo, kayak y mucho más, ¡o simplemente no hagas nada! Nuestro complejo de apartamentos se encuentra en y al final de la playa de Sandbridge, dejando a False Cape Park y Back Bay Refuge nuestros únicos vecinos. Esto es lo que hace que Sandbridge Beach sea tan especial y simplemente tranquila.
Nuestro condominio ha sido recientemente renovado y lo espera con todas las comodidades del hogar. Disfruta de un plano de planta abierto con mucho espacio para disfrutar del tiempo en familia o encuentra un lugar para estar tranquilo. La cocina totalmente equipada presenta un diseño abierto en el área de LR y DR y una maravillosa barra de desayuno. Encimeras de granito, electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable, toneladas de gabinetes y espacio. MBR privado y Master Bath Suite.
Nos encanta el tiempo que pasamos en Sandbridge Beach y queremos que nuestros huéspedes disfruten de esa misma experiencia. ¡Sus próximas vacaciones son una "cosa de la costa" con nosotros!

Our stay at the Sandbridge Beach property was amazing. The condo was very clean and well kept. The view from the balcony to the Ocean was great. The condo is spacious and cozy. The parking area (garage) is well lit and the condo is very close to the elevator. We found it to be quiet, relaxing and peaceful. I will definitely stay again and share my great experience with friends.Thank you for a GREAT STAY!! 11/2025

Michelle and Brad were phenomenal hosts. From beginning to end communication was stellar. And they were responsive almost immediately to any questions. Location and unit were terrific. We had everything we needed, including a well stocked kitchen. It was very comfortable. It was our first time to Sandbridge and we really liked it adter years in VA beach. Beach access was easy, as was parking. Beach has lifeguards. We were able to park two cars, which was helpful. You have an ocean view but the balcony is not facing the ocean in case that is helpful information. Close proximity for a bike ride to the National wildlife Refuge was great. The onsite Mexican restaurant was a pleasant surprise with good and plentiful food and drink. The restaurant/bar across the street on the bay side was great for sunset. Thanks for sharing this lovely property with us.

Couldn’t ask for better accommodations for a stay. The pictures don’t do the space justice. It was more than enough space for our family of four with room to spare. It was comfortable and relaxing and with the sound of the beach and the view to top it off. The amenities of the property are phenomenal as well.

Even better than advertised!

Shore Thing Condo was awesome! Even nicer & more spacious than the pictures make it look. I'm particular about cleanliness - the place was spotless! We enjoyed beautiful sunsets & the SUPER easy elevator ride down to the beach. Having laundry in the room made our family's stay SO much easier! There is a trash chute & recycling drop off down the hall, & you are right next to the elevator, but don't worry: You can't hear it from the room at all! Free on site parking was a plus. The owners keep the condo stocked SO well! High quality products & plenty of them in the kitchen, bathrooms, & laundry room. Extra pillows, blankets, hangers, cooking supplies, the whole 9 yards! Plenty of storage space throughout as well for all your belongings. You'll have to drive a little bit to any stores, but there's a small shop across the street that sells ice, & Kroger does deliver to the address. We also had plenty of doordash options. We LOVED the Rustic Spoon just a little drive into town, and we highly recommend the street corn at Jose Tequilas, which is IN the complex! The pools are kept a perfect temperature & well maintained daily. The beds were pretty comfortable, & there's a TV in each room. If I HAD to suggest any improvements, I would ask for a table on the balcony, a new living room couch, & a full length mirror somewhere. But really, none of that bothered us bc overall the place was great. We definitely want to return! Many thanks to Michelle and Brad!

Lovely Condo; Great Location!

My fiance and I had a wonderful Thanksgiving stay. We were having Thanksgiving with friends staying nearby, and I was responsible for desserts. Anything I forgot was in that kitchen! The condo was exactly as described, clean, bright, beachy, and very well-appointed. We had an issue checking in that was in no way the fault of the owners, but the owners went out of their way to help us out. We had a great view of both the ocean and the bay, and it was a short, easy walk to the beach. We enjoyed it so much, we looked into the possibility of buying a unit in the same property. We would definitely stay here again!

Peaceful

Lovely condo and very equipped. Could use some new mattresses in second and third bedroom. A cart would be very helpful to load and unload personal items. I really liked the fact that paper items, reynolds wrap, plastic bags Nd other items were provided. Enjoyed our stay very much. Will come again!!!

The hosts were so helpful and the condo was just perfect for our needs. It was spacious, well-appointed, and the location could not have been better. Being able to walk out onto the beach and back with small children was a God-send!

From the moment you open the door you will be delighted. This condo is lovely and very well stocked. From the balcony you can see the beach on your right and beautiful sunsets on back bay on your left. You are steps from the beach and the pool is very nice too.

One of our best experiences

Electronic locks made the check-in process easy. Owners were immediate responsive to the one slight issue we had (they had run out of trash bags).

Beach bliss!

Everything about stay was perfect! Check in was easy thanks to a detailed email from owner! Condo was beautiful and provided everything needed, and then some. Beach was right there, and sunrises awaited you. Restaurant on premises was enjoyed and appreciated. Beautiful sunsets at bayside across street were picturesque! We enjoyed our stay and cant wait to go back. Everyone enjoyed how spacious the condo was and how convenient the pool and beach was!

Clean condo

The owners were great and were available with any questions. The condo was clean and nicely decorated. The porch was unusable though due to a spider infestation. The property does need some updates. The pool bar was closed, the elevators didn't seem to work properly and the hot tubs were not open. The owners did clarify the hot tubs are only open during the off season. I didn't realize this. The location is amazing! Feels like you are tucked away and away from all of the hustle of Virginia Beach. I would definitely stay here again.

Well-appointed condo!

Brad and Michelle are stellar hosts…their condo unit is absolutely wonderful. The beach access was great. The unit was clean, well-appointed, and very easily accessible from the garage elevator…top notch! We also loved the fitness room, and the very nice balcony. Brad and Michelle were responsive and considerate, and genuinely interested in making our stay as comfortable as possible.

We are from the Pittsburgh area originally and moved to Virginia Beach in 2016. We fell in love with being so close to the ocean...particularly Sandbridge Beach. We enjoy escaping here with friends and family and emerge in the ultimate of relaxation. We have set our condo more in the likes of a second home than a rental property and hope you can enjoy those comforts as well.

We had just started to look for a place on the beach and fell in love when we walked into this property! Felt like our second home instantly! It is close enough to drive to the touristy area but far enough away that you can truly engage in the peace and tranquility this beautiful beach has to offer. We enjoy dolphin watching in the morning and sunsets in the evening right on our own balcony! Our condo is set up how we would like to vacation and take pride in the things we have to offer.
