- Please note, our property is not suitable for loud groups or gatherings. We ask guests seeking such celebrations to book elsewhere. Thank you for respecting our commitment to tranquility in our peaceful residential neighborhood. Quiet hours are from 9:00 p.m. - 8:00 a.m.
- Parking is on the 2 private driveways for the house. You can easily park 4 cars.
- 2 indoor fireplaces are not functional. The gas line is not activated. There is no chimney in the house or exhaust for the smoke. Please do not attempt to use the fireplaces.

Rules:
- You must be at least 25 years old to book.
- No pets, parties or smoking.
- By booking the property you agree to the rental agreement that will be attached in the message after booking. Please let us know if you have any questions!
- There is a required $500 off-platform security deposit that will be held on a credit card 2 days prior to arrival and released 5 days after departure if there are no reported damages.

Frequently asked questions:

1. What time is check in and check out?
Check in time is 4:00 p.m. and check out time is 10:00 a.m. This allows enough time for our cleaning team to prepare the property for you and the next guest.

2. What linens are provided?
We provide bed linens/blankets, bath towels, hand towels, pool towels, make up towels, wash towels, bath mats, kitchen towels and kitchen cloths.

3. What household supplies are provided?
We provide shampoo, conditioner and body wash in dispensers in all showers. Toilet paper, hand soap and dish soap are provided. Trash bags for the kitchen and bathrooms are provided. Paper towels, dishwasher detergent and laundry detergent are also provided. Depending on the length of your stay, you may need to purchase additional items if your initial supply runs out. Bathrooms have a hair dryer in the cabinet under the sink.

4. What is included in the kitchen?
Fully stocked kitchen including wine glasses, children dinnerware/silverware, waffle maker, crockpot, toaster oven, toaster, rice cooker, blender, kettle, hand mixer, regular coffee pot, cocktail shaker set and Keurig. Ground coffee, K cups, creamer, salt and pepper, sugar, Stevia and olive oil are provided. Depending on your length of stay, you may need to purchase additional items if your initial supply runs out.

5. Do you provide children/baby items?
We provide a high chair, pack and play with sheets, children's bathroom stool, stroller, baby monitor, baby bathtub and children dinnerware/silverware. We also provide children's toys, books and games.

6. Do you have a grill?
We have a charcoal BBQ grill to the side of the pool. Charcoal is not provided. Please bring your own charcoal. BBQ utensils and an ash bucket for clean up are provided.

7. When are the hot tub and pool cleaned?
Yes, the pool is cleaned weekly on Tuesdays, sometimes in the morning, sometimes in the afternoon. If you are there on Tuesday, you can expect the pool tech to be outside working on pool maintenance. He does not need to enter the home in order to maintain the pool. Based on testing and chemicals that are added, sometimes the pool cannot be used for a period of time after cleaning on Tuesday. We will notify you if that is the case. The hot tub is cleaned/balanced after every turn.

8. How is the drive up to the house?
The roads are paved and well-maintained. There are no steep roads.

9. Do I need a 4 wheel drive?
4 wheel drive is only necessary when it is snowing or if there is ice on the roads which is not common in the area but can occasionally happen in the winter. If there is snow or ice on the roads, you should have a 4 wheel drive and/or snow chains.

10. What TV channels do you provide?
All of our TVs are high definition smart TCL TVs where you can access Netflix, Prime Video, Youtube, Hulu and other apps. You will need to bring your own username/passwords to access the apps. You can also download new apps on the TV.

11. What type of internet do you provide?
We provide unlimited high speed internet and Wi-Fi.

12. How many parking spaces are there?
This house has 2 driveways where you can comfortably park 4 cars.

13. How big and how deep is the pool? What do you provide for pool safety? How is the pool heated?
The pool is 15 x 31 feet. It ranges in depth from 3 feet at the shallow end to 6 feet at the deep end. The pool is surrounded by a fence. There are 3 outdoor gates that provide access to the pool area and they each have a pool child safety latch. Pool child safety door alarms have been installed at the sliding door leading to the pool from the game room and at the door leading to the pool from the indoor stairway. When you open these doors, you will hear a loud sound. To turn off the sound, an adult must press the button near the top of these doors. Children should always be supervised near the pool area by an adult. The pool is open April 1-October 18, dependent on weather. The pool is heated by solar and an electric pump. The pool is heated to 82 degrees however the actual temperature will be dependent on weather. When the average temperature at night falls below 50 degrees, it is too difficult for the solar/electric heating system to keep the pool temperature high enough. There is a solar pool cover to help retain heat at night.
