Thank you for allowing us to stay at your home. It was the perfect location for us and all the amenities that we needed for our stay. Amazing to have an orange tree in the back yard. We enjoyed relaxing around the pool together. The house was very clean. We would highly recommend.

Host was very communicative and even rush ordered a new Keurig machine so that we could enjoy coffee in the morning. Pool was amazing for the kids and paying a little more to get it heated was well worth it during February.

Host was very very good with communication with quick replies. House had every amenity you could ever need. …even an orange tree in the backyard. Super quiet subdivision. Love the outdoor space & pool. This property was ideal for our 5 night stay but would be great for a longer stay as well.

Home is amazing and clean. Everything that we needed to make a small Thanksgiving dinner was available. My son really enjoyed the pool. We also enjoyed the outside space. Everything was very inviting and comfortable. Master bed was comfortable. Host left small thoughtful gifts that we needed.

Nice house , good location to Goodyear ballpark. Owner communicated in a timely manner.Only challenge / poor experience was with the multitude of wasps in and around backyard / pool. One of our friends was stung 3 times while in pool. Due to a large tree very close to the pool it did shed much leaves , blossoms into the pool which required much upkeep with the pool net.

This was a last second substitute for another home hosted by an uncommunicative host; Gwen was great to deal with and the house was very nice and spacious. It is in a very nice neighborhood. There were helpful signs throughout. the furnishings were first rate. The kitchen was well equipped, and everything was in great working condition.

Small Paradise in Phoenix area

Visiting family for Birthday of granddaughter. This place was wonderful, very comfortable, very nice backyard with pool with some shaded area…tropical feel. 5 minutes from kids and very close to some shops and restaurants. I would rate this one of best rentals we have had in area. Definitely one we will return to next visit.

A sisters trip

We so enjoyed this property. We had coffee and fresh juice (having a juicer there was magical) each morning and the patio area was outstanding. We ate our meals outside. The location was superb - so quiet and easy to walk with wide sidewalks as well as easy access to grocery and restaurants. Gwen was very responsive. This is a property we’d love to return to

This is a little paradise in the desert climate of Phoenix area. Very comfortable and backyard with pool partial shaded through out the day. Swim most morning. Very near shopping area, Target and restaurant . I think 3rd time we have stayed. Just so convenient for us.

The host kept in contact with us. Several items were not working- the coffee pot, the trash can. The orange tree was great for morning juice.

We are a retired couple that travel often and love the STR option for our stays! We decided to start one of our own to share the sunshine and greatness of Goodyear! Having a full kitchen and lots of space has always been preferred for us over an expensive hotel room with few amenities.

Cottonflower neighborhood is a quiet. Well kept up neighborhood with several parklike greenspaces through out. No busy streets, yet close to pretty much anything you need or want to do.

The Sun Goddess is located in a safe and beautiful area and boasts a great outdoor area that includes a private pool, fire table, lounge chairs and conversation areas. A large covered patio will shade the sun, and provide a great place to enjoy coffee, drinks or just good conversations. The yard is fully fenced and private and fully landscaped with Palm trees. At sunset everyday you'll be visited by an abundance of beautiful chatty birds. We call this bird happy hour! Enjoy!
