We invite you to a night of fun in our game room for adults and children! The bedrooms are a king, queen, double and triple full size bunk beds. We added a 85in TV recently! There is Plenty of room for everyone! We hope you Enjoy our private back yard with grill and plenty of seating area for the whole family! We also offer mining equipment !

Pictures don't do it justice. It was a wonderful stay. Despite being in town for a funeral, the house made it a great stay for the kids we brought with us. We plan on going back and staying again to visit the mine and other things in the area.

House was perfect. The game room was super fun. It is very clean and we loved the 70’s vibe. Very well kept and perfect for proximity to everything we wanted to do.

Was amazing host. The little rock shop next door is awesome people and very helpful. We had a blast and the shops around town were all friendly and cute. The property it's self is spacious and livable. The rooms are well appointed and the kitchen has everything thing you could need. I will be booking again in the future.

Diamond vacation

It was perfect for a large family, the game room was a hit with all the kids, yhe grandparents that visited, and the parents! It a so nice having equipment we could use when we went to Crater of Diamonds.

Throwback Thursday

This vintage retro ranch made the perfect nights stay during our trip. It is spacious and roomy, and felt just like stepping back into grandma's house. Additionally, was fully stocked with everything one needs for a stay.

Murfreesboro ranch house

I loved this house personally. It is huge and has a big game room. It has an outside area that’s great. You can literally walk to walk everything in 5 minutes. Very short drive to the diamond mines.which has a water park. The lake is down the road.

Great for kids

Location and house was amazing. Walking distance to downtown, a few minutes from the State Park and a AMAZING game room for all. Great fun and would definitely recommend!!!!

This home was perfect for families with children. Nice size with a game room. Walking distance to all downtown shops. Very close to Crater of Diamond State Park. Would definitely recommend this to all my friends.

Game Room Greatness

We stayed here for a girls trip and to go to Crater of Diamonds State Park. This house has plenty of room for large groups and an amazing game room to keep you entertained. It’s an older home but was very clean and had everything we needed. The host is very responsive and helpful if you have any questions. We had an absolutely wonderful time here!

The Perfect Spot

Plenty of space for us to spread out. The kids loved the game room. Walking distance to the square with shops and restaurant. 5 minute drive to Crater of Diamonds. Will definitely do it again.The only thing I would like to see for next visit would be a little upgrade on kitchen pots and pans and the grill is in need of replacement. If you are planning on cooking it is hard to find lids that match or correct size pans. But other than that the place is definitely a revisit for us. Thank you

The property was very close, within walking distance, to the downtown square with antique shops. There was plenty of parking space for three cars we took. The Crater of Diamonds is only about 2 miles down the road! The owner provided mining supplies, wagons, screens, shovels, buckets. The game room is a plus! Our teenage kids enjoyed it as well as my senior adult parents! Property is an older home but very clean and well cared for. Communication from host was simple and fast! Enjoyed our stay!

Basecamp

We loved staying in Cynthia‘s house. It was so close to the park and acted like a base camp for us to operate from on our digging expeditions. While some may have been put off by the late 60s early 70s decor for us. It was wonderful bringing us back in time like we were visiting an old uncle or grandparents house. The house was very clean and had everything we needed And the provided digging tools and wagon were much welcomed, saving us quite a bit of money. The game room was really fun as well. We will definitely stay again.

Would stay again, but cockroaches were disruptive.

Shortened for text limit. The place was clean, but dated. Game room was great. So the cockroaches... I live in the country, so I understand cockroaches doesn't necessarily mean the property is unclean, it could simply be a result of the location, which is what I feel about this property. When we first arrived, approximately 10:00 pm on Friday, we found two dying on the bathroom floor. I picked them up and flushed them down the toilet, dismissing it as a fluke, it happens. However during our two night stay, we would go on to find a dozen in total and while I am reasonable and realistic, it was a bit much. My girlfriend was completely freaked out by it and wanted to leave, but this isn't really a location where you can just leave in the middle of the night a go to another hotel. Host was empathetic at first, but then began to minimalize my concern, first telling me they couldn't be cockroaches because "they don't jump" (when it clearly jumped from the wall to the recliner I was in), then suggesting we left the back door open and they came in (we never left a door open). Host sent $50 refund which I felt was about half what it should have been for a $350 stay considering the disruption. VRBO promised to escalate my concern and get back with me, but it has now been 13 days of me requesting an update with zero communication back. Didn't want to leave a neg review, but don't want people blindsided. Host seemed she would have the house sprayed and I believe her. C+ rating.

In response to this, Vrbo was contacted by me, the nonstop text until 3am with the same dead bug was a bit much. I offered to come see “ the bugs on walls” and was declined of all of my efforts. I did partial refund as this issue arised the last night of stay at 9 pm requesting money and didnt even want to leave. The property has been inspected, there were no live cockroaches walking on walls and jumping in the home! A few dead bugs is normal in the south…
